Steps:
- Preheat air fryer to 400F / 200C.
- Mix the first 5 ingredients together and then add to a Ziploc bag.
- Rinse the catfish, pat dry and add fillets to the Ziploc bag.
- Seal the bag and then shake until the fillets are fully coated.
- Place in the air fryer basket. (if you have a small fryer you will need to cook them one at a time). Spray the fillets with low calorie spray, close the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes.
- Turn and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until done.

- In a shallow bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and seasonings, set aside.
- In another bowl, whisk the egg.
- In a third bowl, add the flour.
- Pat fish dry with a paper towel.
- Dip each fillet in the flour, then egg and shake off excess.
- Coat with breadcrumbs.
- Spray fish with cooking oil spray of choice as well as the air fryer basket.
- Place the fish in the basket evenly. This may need to be done in batches.
- Cook in the Air Fryer at 390*F for 8-10 minutes, it's best to turn it halfway and coat with additional spray.
- Serve immediately and store leftovers in fridge.

- Combine mayonnaise and Cajun seasoning in a small bowl. Place bread crumbs on a plate.
- Spread Cajun mayonnaise on both sides of fish fillets with a small spatula or butter knife. Coat each fillet, one at a time, with bread crumbs. Lightly spray both sides of breaded fillets with cooking spray and transfer 2 fillets to each air fryer tray; do not overcrowd.

- Start by using fresh fish or frozen fish that has been completely thawed. Pat your fish dry with a cloth or paper towel. Then, season both sides of the fish with salt and pepper, to your liking.
- Prepare your breading mixture in a large flat bowl or plate. Mix in any optional add-ins.
- Coat the fish fillets in oil. I like to use avocado oil. You can also use canola oil, vegetable oil, or olive oil. *For even crunchier fish, coat the fish in the beaten eggs instead of the oil. Then coat the fish with the breading mixture.
- Coat each fish fillet on both sides in the breading mixture.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes. Then add the fish fillets in a single layer to the air fryer and cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through. If you'd like to get a particular side more crispy, cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!
