1 box (15 oz) Betty Crocker® Gluten Free devil's food cake mix
1 box (4-serving size) gluten free chocolate instant pudding and pie filling mix
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 egg
1/4 cup water
1 teaspoon gluten free vanilla
Sugar

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees F. In large bowl, mix dry cake mix and dry pudding mix. Add melted butter, egg, water and vanilla; stir until soft dough forms. Shape dough into 1 1/4-inch balls; roll in sugar. On ungreased cookie sheets, place balls about 2 inches apart; flatten slightly. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until set. Cool 2 minutes; remove from cookie sheet to cooling rack. Cool completely, about 20 minutes. Store tightly covered.

All I have to say, is that I'm obsessed with this recipe... I've never tasted better fudge! It's so good... although it's VERY sweet and VERY rich! Prep time includes chill time.

1 lb powdered sugar
2/3 cup cocoa
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup milk
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Steps:

  • Sift powdered sugar, cocoa, and salt into a 1 quart microwave safe bowl.
  • Stir in milk and vanilla.
  • Mix well.
  • Place butter on top.
  • Microwave on high, 2 minutes.
  • Beat with wooden spoon until smooth.
  • Stir in nuts (OPTIONAL).
  • Spread in 8 X 8 X 2 inch baking pan.
  • Chill about 1 hour or until firm.
  • Cut into 36 pieces.

As the title states this recipe is very quick and easy to make. This fudge recipe has always been one of my favorites and i'm sure it will soon be one of yours too.

4 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup milk, minus 1 teaspoon
1 tablespoon vanilla
1/2 cup butter

Steps:

  • In a 1-1/2-quart casserole, stir together sugar, cocoa, salt, milk, and vanilla until partially blended.
  • Put butter or margarine over top in center of dish.
  • Microwave on HIGH power 2 minutes.
  • Stir well until smooth.
  • Pour into a greased 8-inch square dish. Chill about 1 hour.

This is super quick and super easy. It also sets up super fast so have your buttered pan prepared. Do not use imitation chocolate chips or flavored chips such as butterscotch or peanut butter since these do not work as well. I have found however the off brand cheap frostings work best.
