Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut biscuits into fourths, and place in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the butter, garlic powder, parsley, and mozzarella, and mix with your hands, coating all of the biscuit pieces.
- Place the pieces in a muffin tin, 3 pieces per tin (you'll have 2 extra-just use them in whichever tin you want). Bake for 15 minutes. Best served fresh out of the oven!

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Put the flour, baking powder, salt and garlic powder in a food processor and pulse a few times to combine. Add the cold butter and pulse until the dry ingredients and the butter are mostly combined. (If you do not have a food processor, this can be done with a pastry cutter.)
- Add the Parmesan, parsley, oregano and thyme. Drizzle in the milk and pulse (or stir in with a wooden spoon) until the mixture has just turned into a dough. Be careful not to overmix, as the biscuits will become tough when baked if you do.
- Using 2 large spoons, drop 1/2-cup sized balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet. This will make 6 generously sized biscuits.
- Bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes, depending on your oven. Brush the warm biscuits with the melted butter. Enjoy!

- Preheat oven to 350˚F/175˚C.
- Flatten out 1 piece of biscuit dough.
- Spread minced garlic, parsley, mozzarella, and parmesan onto flattened biscuit dough.
- Make a small cut starting from the center of the dough to the outer edge & roll into a rose shaped biscuit.
- Pinch the edge together so the biscuit stays closed while baking. Repeat steps 2-4 until you have five roses.
- On a baking tray lined with parchment paper, arrange 4 roses into a circle, with all the bases facing in, then put the last rose on top in the center.
- Bake for 15 minutes, uncovered, then cover with a piece of aluminum foil and bake for another 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle with extra parsley and parmesan for garnish.

- Preheat oven to 400˚F (200˚C).
- Stretch pizza dough out into a rectangle.
- Cut into 8 equal-sized strips.
- Stretch strips lengthwise, and widthwise.
- Place mozzarella down the middle of each strip.
- Fold and pinch the dough around the cheese along the entire strip, ensuring to close off the ends.
- Form a pretzel shape by taking the ends of the strip, making a "U" shape, twisting the ends around each other twice and connecting the ends to the bottom of the "U" shape.
- Transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Mix melted butter, garlic, and parsley and pour onto pretzels.
- Sprinkle parmesan evenly on top of the pretzels.

- Sift flour into a bowl, rub in butter with fingertips, stir in cheese, chives & garlic.
- Make a well in the centre of the mixture, add combined water & milk all at once reserving about 2 teaspoons.
- Mix quickly to a soft dough, turn onto a lightly floured surface, knead gently & form into 6 rounds.
- Arrange on a baking paper lined tray. Cut a cross in the top of each roll & brush with remaining milk mixture, sprinkle with extra cheese.
- Bake at 220.C for 15-20 mins or until hollow when tapped.

- Put the flour in a medium bowl and make a well in the center. Pour the cream into the well. Using a wooden spoon and working from the sides of the bowl, stir the flour into the cream until the mixture is just combined, taking care not to overwork the dough.
- Place the ball of dough onto a floured surface. Press the dough into a rectangle, about 1/2- inch thick.
- Brush 1 tablespoon of the melted butter. Sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese, garlic and parsley. Working from the long side of the dough, roll tightly until you have a log. Cut it into 1 1/2- inch slices and place in the prepared skillet. Drizzle the remaining tablespoon of butter over the biscuits.
