Baked Parmesan Garlic Potato Wedges are so incredibly easy and have the best parmesan garlic cheese flavor! These crispy wedges are roasted to perfection and guaranteed to be a huge hit!

3-4 large russet potatoes
1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp salt (or to taste)
1/4 tsp Freshly ground black pepper (or to taste )
1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan
Chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400°. Cut each potato lengthwise in half. Cut each half into three wedges.
  • In a large bowl add the potato wedges, olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, grated parmesan salt and pepper.
  • Arrange potatoes skin side down in a single layer on a 15x10x1-in. baking pan coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle with any remaining coating. Bake for 25-30 minutes until they are golden brown and crispy.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with ketchup, ranch, or sauce of choice.

4 tablespoons olive oil
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
salt to taste

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Place potato wedges in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat. Sprinkle potato wedges with Parmesan cheese and toss again.
  • Mix Italian seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, and salt together in a small bowl. Sprinkle over the wedges and toss to coat. Arrange wedges skin-side down on a rimmed baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until fork-tender and golden, about 40 minutes.

  • Slice the potatoes into wedges.
  • Place potato wedges in a large bowl. Drizzle olive oil and toss to coat. Sprinkle potato wedges with shredded cheese and toss again.

No need to par-bake these wedges, simply toss them in oil, salt, pepper and paprika and throw them in the oven until golden and crispy.

4 large white potatoes (I use Maris Piper)
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
1 cup shredded parmesan
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tbsp mayonaise
1 tsp yellow mustard (I use French's)
¼ tsp black pepper
1 tsp sweet BBQ sauce
1/2 tsp sriracha hot chili sauce

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat the oven to 425f. Slice the potatoes into wedges (leave the skin on) and arrange on a metal baking tray. Drizzle on the oil, then sprinkle on the salt, pepper, black pepper and paprika. Toss everything together with your hands, then place in the oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Turn them over once or twice during cooking (you may need to use a metal spatula in case any of the wedges stick to the tray). 2. Add the minced garlic to the potatoes and toss everything again. Sprinkle with the parmesan and place back in the oven for 2-3 minutes to melt. Take out of the oven. 3. Mix together the special sauce ingredients. 4. Place the potatoes wedges in a serving bowl and top with the chopped parsley. Serve with the special sauce.
