We can't think of a more fun way to feature delish carrots, broccoli, peas and corn than by mixing 'em in with creamy mac and cheese.

1 pkg. (7-1/4 oz.) KRAFT Macaroni & Cheese Dinner
1 cooked carrot, diced
4 cooked broccoli florets, chopped
2 Tbsp. cooked corn kernels
2 Tbsp. cooked peas
4 slices OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Rotisserie Seasoned Chicken Breast, cut into strips, divided

Steps:

PREPARE the macaroni as described on the package. Once ready, add the vegetables carefully, stirring just once or twice, and cook them until they're hot.
SERVE: add 1 slice of the chicken breast, per person.
