Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease cookie sheet.
- Stirring constantly, melt 1 cup chocolate pieces, unsweetened chocolate, and butter in a saucepan. Transfer to a large mixing bowl and allow to cool slightly.
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and a dash of salt.
- Add eggs, sugar, and vanilla to chocolate mixture and beat well. Add flour mixture and beat until well mixed. Stir in remaining chocolate pieces and nuts.
- Drop by heaping teaspoons onto the cookie sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are firm and the surface is dull and cracked. Cool on cookie sheet 1 minute. Remove and cool completely on rack.

- Bring the sugar, chocolate, milk, butter, and salt to a boil in a large, heavy saucepan, stirring frequently. Let the mixture boil for 2 minutes; take the saucepan off the heat.
- Stir in the peanut butter, oats, and vanilla. "Mix swiftly but well," Cindy says. Drop from a teaspoon onto waxed paper. Let the Fudgies set for at least 1/2 hour before anyone touches them.

These are just a little bit different from the recipe already posted here so I wanted to post it to compare the two. Prep time includes chill time.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt; set aside. In large mixer bowl, beat butter, the 1 cup granulated sugar, and brown sugar at medium speed until light and fluffy.
- Beat in eggs one at a time; add vanilla.
- Add flour mixture; beat at low speed until combined. Cover and chill at least 1 hour.
- Shape one level tablespoon of dough around each marshmallow; seal edges. Roll in granulated sugar.
- Place 2 inches apart on parchment-lined baking sheets. Bake until cookies crack, about 6 to 8 minutes.
- Cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes; transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
- Store in airtight container.

- add eggs, one at a time, beating continously.
- fold in shifted flour and cocoa powder, then add vanilla and chopped nuts.
- continue to mix until thoroughly blended.
- preheat oven to 350 F or 180 C drop teaspoonfuls of mixture on greased baking sheet.
- dust with icing sugar.
- bake for about 20 minutes.
- cool on wire rack and serve.
- makes about 48 pieces.

Steps:
- 1. Mix the cake mix, margarine and egg together and put 2/3 of the mixture into a greased 9 x 13" pan. Pat down to cover bottom of pan.
- 2. Mix together: chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, margarine, and pinch of salt. Pour over the dough. Crumble the remaining 1/3 dough mixture on top of the chocolate. It should look marbled. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. YUM!

- 1. Combine sugar, cocoa, butter and milk in a saucepan. On medium heat, bring to a boil for one full minute
- 2. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter , vanilla and oatmeal.
- 3. Drop by spoonful onto wax paper. Let cool for at least 30 minutes.

- Combine in a saucepan: sugar, evaporated milk and butter. Bring to a boil. Boil five minutes, stirring constantly to prevent scorching. Remove from heat.
- Add the chocolate chips. Mix and stir until the chips are melted. Add the flour, graham cracker crumbs, nuts and vanilla. Mix well.
- Spread into a buttered 9" x 13" pan. Cool and cut into squares.

FUDGIES II
Steps:
- Cream the butter until light. Gradually beat in the white and brown sugar ( on low speed with a mixer if using one ) until creamy and light. Beat in the egg and vanilla.
- Melt the chocolate in a small, heavy saucepan over very low heat. Stir chocolate into the butter mixture.
- Slowly stir in the salt and flour. Combine thoroughly. Stir in walnuts, if desired.
- Shape into walnut-sized balls. Make an indentation with your thumb in each cookie. Bake at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 10 to 12 minutes until just done. Cool on rack.
