A Fruit punch made from a variety of juices. This is a recipe I use at work at a very popular reception centre. The guests LOVE it! Hope you do too... Bottled juice is fine

Steps:
- Pour all ingredients into large punch bowl. Punch can be made earlier than required but Soda Water and Ginger Ale to be added just before serving.Enjoy!
- The recipe requires lemon cordial, not lemons, but for some reason it won't let me put 'lemon cordial' in the ingredients.

Posted for a request. This is really a refreshing non alcoholic punch. Passionfruit syrup might be difficult to get outside Australia, so maybe a lemon syrup would be good instead.

Steps:
- Mix together all the liquid ingredients (except the ginger ale) and pour over the sliced fresh fruit.
- Refrigerate for a few hours.
- Just before serving, add the 3 bottles of ginger ale.

CRANBERRY RASPBERRY NON-ALCOHOLIC FRUIT PUNCH
This is a very simple, quick recipe that I put together with what I happened to have available. The result is quite tasty! The splenda is partly for offsetting the tartness from the citrus fruit wedges in the drink- if you don't use citrus fruits in the punch, taste test it before adding any sweetener. Cook time is chill time.

- Beforehand, chill the juice and the lemon-lime beverage separately.
- In a jug or container, mix the cranberry raspberry juice with the lemon, orange and any other fruit you would like to use. Add the Splenda and stir to mix.
- Put in the fridge for the flavours to blend.
- After about an hour, add the carbonated lemon-lime beverage to the jug, stir and serve chilled!

Steps:
- Put the cranberries into a medium size, rigid freezer container, cover with water (by about 2.5cm), freeze until solid.
- Mix the cranberry juice in a large jug (about 1.5 litre) with the orange and lime juices.
- To serve, smash the sheet of frozen cranberries into shards and put in the bottom of eight highball glasses. Put a wedge of lime and orange and a mint sprig in each glass, then pour in the mixed fruit juices and top up with Appletise.
