1 ½ cups miniature marshmallows
1 cup shredded coconut
1 (8 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
⅓ cup maraschino cherries, chopped
3 tablespoons cold milk

Steps:

In a large bowl, combine the whipped topping, marshmallows, coconut, pineapple, cherries and milk. Mix together well and refrigerate until chilled.

Combine fruit, sugar and marshamallows.
Fold whipping cream into fruit mixture.
Keep chilled until serving time.

2 c cooked cold rice
1 can(s) 16 oz. crushed pineapple - drained well
1 pkg miniature marshmallows
1 - 4 oz. jar(s) maraschino cherries - halved
1 c heavy cream, whipped
1/2 c powdered sugar
1/2 c pecans, in pieces
1 Tbsp reserved cherry juice

Steps:

1. In a large bowl combine rice, pineapple, marshmallows, cherries and 1 tablespoon of cherry juice.
2. In a chilled bowl, whip the cream until peaks form. Fold in powdered sugar. Fold whipped cream into rice mixture. Refridgerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
