This fruit dip goes well with any type of fruit, tropical, citrus, berries, juicy melons and many other varieties. You may enjoy this dip as a healthy appetizer or an even healthier dessert.

Number Of Ingredients 6

Greek Yogurt, 1 cup low fat plain
Cream Cheese, 2 tbsps,low fat
Brown sugar, 2 tbsps
Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
Small apple, 1, cut in to medium size cubes with the peel intact
Green grapes, ½ cup

Steps:

  • Take a bowl and add the Greek yogurt to it. Top the yogurt with the cream cheese and whisk the ingredients using a fork or a whisk for 5 minutes or until the mixture is well blended and smooth in consistency.
  • Blend in the brown sugar and vanilla extract until the mixture is well combined. Skew the fruit bites in to the tooth pick, one fruit piece over each tooth pick. Serve the fruit dip with the skewed fruit pieces and enjoy!

I got this recipe about 20 years ago from a Tupperware dealer at a party. It is still a family favorite after all of these years.

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1/2 cup marshmallow creme
1 cup pineapple juice
nectarines or plum

Steps:

  • Blend cream cheese and marshmallow crème in mixer.
  • Slowly add ¼ C of juice.
  • Mix until well blended.
  • Cover and chill.
  • Cut fruit up into bite size pieces.
  • Dip the bananas and apples into the remaining pineapple juice to prevent the fruit from browning.
  • (Works as well as lemon but adds some sweetness to the fruit) To serve, arrange fruit on a platter around the dip.
