FRUIT COCKTAIL BARS
My mother passed this recipe on to me. The moist bars have a delightful fruity taste, perfect for potlucks in winter and spring when fresh fruit is limited and expensive. -Linda Tackman, Escanaba, Michigan

FRUIT COCKTAIL SQUARES
I did a search and couldn't find fruit cocktail squares like these. My mom used to make them every Christmas when I was a kid. They're very simple to make and really tasty. This recipe calls for an 8 x 8 pan, but I've made it in a 9 x 9 and just added a little more fruit cocktail. You can add a layer of whipped cream to the whole pan, or a dollop to each square when serving. They're really nice on their own too. Hope you enjoy! :)

FRUIT COCKTAIL LUNCH BOX BARS
Lunchboxes aren't just for kids anymore. They also belong to hard-working people who like to "brown bag" their midday meal (or supper, in the case of late shift workers). These cookie bars don't need to be limited to the lunchbox. They're perfect with a glass of icy cold milk. From an old newspaper clipping.
