Frozen Whiskey Sour Punch Food

WHISKEY SOUR PARTY PUNCH

Steps:

• Place two cups of lemonade into two ice cube trays; freeze.
• Prepare the simple syrup by placing the water and sugar in a saucepan over medium hight heat. Allow mixture to come to a boil, reduce heat and stir. Continue to heat mixture until the sugar has completely dissolved and mixture becomes thick. Remove from heat and cool.
• Place simple syrup in a pitcher. Stir in orange juice, water, lime juice and bourbon. Stir. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
• To serve, place lemonade ice cube in cocktail glasses. Top with punch and garnish with citrus slices and maraschino cherries.

FROZEN CHRISTMAS PUNCH

Steps:

• In a large zip top bag, combine the frozen concentrate, water, lemon juice, pineapple juice, bourbon and grenadine.
• Place the bag in the freezer for at least 24 hours.
• Pour contents into a pitcher before serving. Punch with not be completely frozen.
• Garnish with lemon slices orange slices and cherries if desired.

WHISKEY SOURS

Steps:

• In a large pitcher or punch bowl, stir together the orange juice concentrate, lemonade concentrate and water until well blended. Stir in whiskey and garnish with maraschino cherries and orange slices.

FROZEN WHISKEY SOUR PUNCH

Steps:

• Place water in heavy sauce pan and bring to a boil. Add the tea bag and steep for 10 minutes.
• Remove tea bag and add 1 cup of sugar while still hot.
• Let it cool completely. Then add the lemonade concentrate,the Orange juice concentrate and bourbon.
• Place in a freezer container and freeze overnight.
• Before serving remove from freezer and let it sit at room temperature for a while then whip up with hand mixer just before serving.

WHISKEY SOUR PUNCH

Steps:

• Combine above in a punch bowl add chilled club soda and bourbon last. Orange juice and lemonade can be made ahead and stored in fridge.
• Prepare garnish- thinly slice orange and cherries - discard ends add water and juice from marachino's cherries . Put in a mold and freeze overnight
• Makes 16 cups or 32 - 1/2 cup servings.

LARGE BATCH WHISKEY SOURS

Steps:

• Combine all ingredients through the simple syrup in a large pitcher. Stir to combine. Serve each individual cocktail over ice with a splash of cherry syrup or real grenadine. Garnish each glass with one cherry (or more, I won't judge!) and an orange wedge.

FROZEN WHISKEY SOUR SLUSH

Steps:

• Fill the blender halfway full of ice, then add remaining ingredients.
• Blend on slow to get it started, then increase blender speed until everything is mixed to a slushy consistency. Add a touch more water or whiskey as needed to achieve your desired consistency.
• Serve in pretty glassware of your choice. Top with one or two maraschino cherries

FROZEN WHISKEY SOUR

Steps:

• 1. Combine all ingredients and mix well to dissolve the juices and sugar. Put in freezer and freeze to slushy stage. Garnish with cherry and orange slice and serve. Serves 20. Mixture remains slushy in freezer for days.
