Steps:
- Put ice, rum, lime juice, simple syrup, and mint leaves into a blender.
- Pulse a bit and then blend until combined and a slushy consistency forms.
- Pour into 2 cups and garnish with fresh mint leaves and a lime wedge.

Steps:
- Rim glass with sugar and minced mint leaves. In a blender combine all ingredients with ice until thick. Pour into glass. Garnish with lime wedge and a mint sprig.

Steps:
- In a tall glass, muddle or mash together the mint leaves and lime. Add the simple syrup or sugar and fill the glass with ice. Add the rum and top with club soda, stir well. Garnish with a lime wedge and a sprig of mint.
