Fresh Berry Jello Fruit Cake Food
SUMMER BERRY POKE CAKE
Give fresh berries an instant glazed look with KOOL-AID in this berry poke cake! Get a colorful twist on dessert with this Summer Berry Poke Cake.

Steps:
- Prepare cake batter and bake in 13x9-inch pan as directed on package. Cool cake in pan 15 min. Pierce cake with large fork or skewer at 1/2-inch intervals.
- Add boiling water to gelatin mix in small bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in cold water; slowly pour over cake. Refrigerate 3 hours. Meanwhile, toss berries with drink mix. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Frost cake with COOL WHIP; top with berries.

GRANDMA NORN'S UNBELIEVABLE BLACKBERRY CAKE
This is the most wonderful cake you have put in your mouth. Another one of my Granma Norn's recipes that has been in our family for years. It is also one we rarely share, but I love this site so much and have gotten so many wonderful recipes, I decided to give you great cooks something you will truly enjoy and get many, many compliments from. Steps:
- In large bowl mix cake mix, eggs, oil and Jello on high speed with electric mixer about 2 minutes.
- Add berries; mix until blended well.
- Pour into greased and floured 9x13-inch pan.
- Bake at 350 until fork inserted in center comes out clean, about 40-45 minutes.
- Allow cake to cool completely.
- In bowl make icing by beating cream cheese and butter until smooth. Gradually add confectioners' sugar.
- Frost cake, chill and serve.

- Spread strawberries onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan; top with pineapple. Sprinkle with dry gelatin mix; top with marshmallows.
- Prepare cake batter as directed on package, omitting the oil. Pour over marshmallows.
- Bake 50 to 55 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely. Keep refrigerated.
