Steps:
- Mix to together peppermint tea and witch hazel.
- Mix in the aloe vera.
- Using a cotton ball, pat onto face.
- Note: Should keep up to 3-5 days.

VINEGAR AND HONEY FACIAL TONER
Great recipe for acne prone skin. I was having constant problems maintaining a clear complexion, and over the years, started looking for some homemade solutions. I learned that if you use bar soap to wash your face with, it really is a must to rebalance your skins pH with a good toner. I came up with this very simple recipe, which has served me well (if the vinegar is too overpowering for you, feel free to reduce the amount you add). The Vinegar assists in rebalancing your skin. The Honey does an excellent job at maintaining proper moisture, and is also great for healing and correcting blemished/trouble skin (just be sure to use raw honey). The distilled Rose Water acts as a gentle astringent - and most importantly - does a pretty good job at softening/masking the vinegary scent. I never recommend using alcohol in your skin care products - if your rose water says it has alcohol in it, look elsewhere. Blemish Free and Lovin' It! Christina

Steps:
- Mix all ingredients together until honey has completely disolved.
- Pour into a bottle and cap (I use the glass bottle that my Rose Water comes in - then cork it with a clean wine cork).
- You may choose to keep this toner in the fridge for a cool refreshing feel, or leave it at room temperature.
- Use a cotton ball to smooth over face and neck after washing. Allow to dry/Leave on.
- ***I recommend giving this mixture several days to 'rest' before actually using (shaking on occasion to keep sediments from forming). This will prevent a slightly 'sticky' feel on your skin from the honey. Give it a few good shakes to make sure the honey stays well blended before use.

ORANGE SALT SCRUB
Treat yourself or your friends with this body scrub, it removes dead and flaky skin cells. Instead of the orange you can turn this into a lemon or lime scrub. The essential oil is optional but it does give it a nice smell. The salt will settle, shake the jar before use.

BASIC SALT SOAK BATH FORMULA

- Combine the sea salts, baking soda, and Epsom salts in a bowl.
- Stir to blend.
- Pour 1/4 cup or so into the bath while the tub is filling.
- Add 1 to 2 tablespoons glycerin to keep your skin from drying out (more for dry skin, less for oily skin) and essential oils of choice.
- Be sure to keep the glycerin and essential oils separate, adding them only to each bath and not the dry mixture.
- Store any unused mixture in a glass jar with a screw top (I use mayonnaise jars).

- Bring the water to a boil.
- Place the tea leaves in a clean glass or ceramic bowl.
- Pour the boiling water over the leaves and allow them to steep for 2-3 minutes.
- Strain the tea leaves.
- Allow the liquid to cool.
- To use: Apply to your face with cotton or gauze.
- Do NOT rinse off.
