COGNAC COSMOPOLITAN

Steps:

• Add all the ingredients to an ice-filled shaker.
• Shake vigorously.
• Strain mixture into a cocktail glass (just right for a martini glass).
• Garnish with slice of lime.

FRENCH COSMOPOLITAN

Steps:

• Shake all but grenadine with ice and strain into a martini glass (if you have one).
• Place a few drops of grenadine in the center of the drink.

FRENCH COSMOPOLITAN WITH MANDARIN ORANGE

Steps:

• Put the first 5 ingredients, excluding Grenadine, into a shaker, then shake well and strain into a well chilled martini glass.
• Last, slowly pour a drop of Grenadine into middle of glass and let fall to bottom and color the stem red.
• Garnish with Lime Wheel or a Lemon Twist.
• For the Sweet and Sour Mix:.
• Combine sugar and water until all the sugar is dissolved. Add lemon and lime juices and refrigerate.

COSMOPOLITANS

Steps:

• Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and pour through a strainer into four martini glasses.
