This is a recipe that my friend Roxanne shared with me at lunch one day that she made up herself. It's a nice lite recipe when you're craving something cool and kinda sweet but not fattening. Simple and easy too! Give it a try!
1 (3 ounce) box orange gelatin (any flavor of choice)
1 (20 ounce) can lite pineapple, crushed
Steps:
Let cool whip come to room temperature.
In a bowl, mix together cool whip, cottage cheese, dry jello (Do Not Add Water), and pineapple.
Stir well.
Cover and chill in refrigator til ready to serve.
