Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray.
- Combine peanut butter, banana, honey, egg white, almond extract, baking soda, and sea salt in a blender; blend until smooth. Stir chocolate chips into the batter with a wooden spoon.
- Pour batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup 3/4 full.
- Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 9 minutes. Cool in the tin for 5 minutes; transfer to a baking rack to cool completely.

- Add batter to cupcake liners, about 3/4 full. Bake for about 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean and muffin tops are puffy. Muffins will initially be puffy but will likely collapse slightly after they cool.

- Place all of the ingredients except the chocolate chips into a high powered blender, and blend starting on low. Use the tamper to keep the mixture moving and blend, increasing the speed if necessary until the batter is smooth.
- If you don’t have a high powered blender, blend just the eggs and bananas until smooth. Then mix in the rest of the ingredients by hand.
