EVERYTHING COOKIES!
I took the basic oatmeal cookie recipe (right off the Quaker box) and added everything I could find in the pantry: chocolate chips, raisins, even some peanut butter. Was out of vanilla, so added almond extract. Wonderful chewy crunch!

EVERYTHING COOKIES II
This recipe is great for any large gathering, parties, church functions, holidays, as it yields dozens (I'm not sure how many, we make LARGE cookies and it makes 2-3 dozen).

CUP OF EVERYTHING COOKIES
These are one of my family's favorites. There's something for everyone in these. I have worked in the school cafeteria for 8 years and we have used this recipe a lot. The kids love them.

EVERYTHING COOKIES!
This one has a bit of everything I like in a cookie-chocolate, oats, nuts and coconut. A friend of mine gave me a recipe for them, but I made some changes. I find that when you cut sugar, you can actually taste the other ingredients better. I also increased the coconut and oats.

EVERYTHING COOKIES AKA MONSTER COOKIES
This cookie has a little bit of everything, except flour. It was a favorite of mine growing up and is still a hit at parties. The recipe in its original form makes a ton of cookies, so you may want to cut in half...

Steps:
- In very large bowl, use mixer to combine first seven ingredients--eggs through peanut butter.
- Add oatmeal, candy, and chocolate chips and mix thoroughly by hand.
- If dough is too sticky, either refrigerate or add another 1/2 to 1 cup oatmeal.
- Scoop ice cream size balls of dough onto cookie sheets, with plenty of space in between.
- Bake at 350° for 13-15 minutes. If using two racks, switch top to bottom and bottom to top about halfway through.
THE EVERYTHING COOKIE
The original recipe comes from Leanne Ely's "Healthy Foods" and had a different name. We've always called them "the everything cookie" at my house because there are so many things in this cookie! The recipe is forgiving, too. If I don't have pumpkin I use pureed prunes or another banana. You can use any kind of nuts or seeds (or a combination). You can use all whole wheat flour if that is all you have. These have some very good things in them and are a tasty treat. Cook time is approximate because, with as many cookies as this makes, you can't usually cook them in just one batch.
