FANNIE MAE FUDGE
If you are from or around the Chicagoland area... you know Fannie Mae and her delicious fudge!! Here is a recipe that you will be sure to love and is so easy to make!

Steps:
- Mix sugar, milk, vanilla and butter in pan. Bring to a boil for 2 minutes, turn off heat.
- Add marshmallows and stir until melted.
- Add all chocolate and stir until melted.
- Add nuts and fold into mixture.
- Pour into a greased raised edge cookie sheet or jelly roll pan.
- Set aside and let cool to room temperature and then cut into bite size pieces.
- Enjoy!

Steps:
- combine butter, sugar, milk in large pan. Stir until dissolved. Stir a few times until boils. Cover and let boil 5 minutes with 3 stirrings.
- Remove from heat, add marshmellows, stir until dissolved, add vanilla and nuts. Add chocolate 1 at a time. Stir until dissolved. Pour in greased pan- (1) 10 x 15 pan or (2) 13 x 9 pans.
- May or may not leave refrigerated.

Steps:
- Bring margarine, milk, sugar, and marshmallows to a full boil that cannot be stirred down.
- Remove from heat.
- Add all of the chocolate and stir until melted and well-mixed.
- Stir in nuts, if desired.
- Pour into greased or buttered jelly roll pan.
- Cool and cut.

- Mix sugar and milk in sauce pan and bring to boil.
- Let boil for 4 minutes.
- Remove from heat and add peanut butter and marshmellow cream. Put in a greased 8" x 8" or 9" x 13" pan. Cool and cut into squares.

- In a large mixing bowl, add marshmallows, chocolate morsels, unsweetened chocolate, and vanilla extract. Set aside.
- In a large saucepan, combine sugar, milk and butter. Over medium high heat, bring mixture to a boil while stirring constantly. Once boiling, boil for a full two minutes.
- Pour hot mixture over marshmallow and chocolate and beat with whisk attachment until melted and smooth (may take several minutes).
