1 pkg el monterey burritos (i used a package of 8)
1 can(s) 14 ounce can enchilada sauce
1 can(s) small can chopped olives
1 bunch (small) bunch green onions, chopped
2 small to medium tomatoes, diced
2 c cheddar or jack cheese, grated
1 pt sour cream
Steps:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Grease 9x12 inch pan.
3. Heat Burritos thoroughly following instructions on package.
4. Heat enchilada sauce to point of boiling.
5. Pour sauce over burritos and cover with grated cheese, olives, onions and tomatoes.
6. Drop sour cream by spoonfuls over top.
7. Return to oven until cheese is melted.
8. Serve with salsa.
9. Serves 6 to 8.
