This easy egg substitute was submitted by Muazzama Mushtaq Ali Petkar in this week's "Household Tips" column of the Thursday magazine. It seemed really interesting and I can't wait to try it. If you do try it before me, let me know how it works!

Number Of Ingredients 2

1 tablespoon milk
1 tablespoon custard powder

Steps:

  • Mix both and use as a substitute for ONE egg in cakes.
  • Repeat, depending on the number of eggs required for the cake.
  • Enjoy!
