¾ pound extra-lean ground beef
1 (35 gram) package 40%-less-sodium taco seasoning mix
1 (19 ounce) can no salt-added kidney beans
1 cup salsa
1 cup water
4 small flour tortillas, cut into 1-1/2-inch pieces
1 cup CRACKER BARREL Shredded Light Tex Mex Cheese
⅓ cup light sour cream
⅓ cup chopped green onions

Steps:

  • Brown meat in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat; drain.
  • Add next 4 ingredients; stir. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Stir in tortilla pieces; top with cheese. Cover. Remove from heat; let stand 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with sour cream and onions.

1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 (5.5 ounce) package Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Beef flavor
1 (15 ounce) can low-sodium pinto beans, rinsed and drained
½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon Sour cream for topping

Steps:

  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir ground beef, onion and bell pepper until beef is browned and onion is translucent, about 5 minutes. Stir in cumin and chili powder. Remove mixture from pan with a slotted spoon and set aside.
  • In same skillet, prepare Knorr® Rice SidesTM- Beef flavor according to package directions.
  • Stir pinto beans and seasoned beef mixture into the rice; continue cooking until thoroughly heated, about 2 minutes. Reduce heat to low.
  • Top with Cheddar cheese and continue cooking until cheese melts. Serve with sour cream and any additional favorite toppings.

5 slices OSCAR MAYER Center Cut Bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces
3/4 lb. lean ground beef
2/3 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup HEINZ Tomato Ketchup
1/4 cup BULL'S-EYE Brown Sugar & Hickory Barbecue Sauce
1 can (15 oz.) pork and beans
10 flour tortillas (6 inch)

Steps:

  • Cook and stir bacon in large skillet on medium heat until bacon is crisp; drain.
  • Brown ground beef in same skillet; drain. Stir in onions, ketchup and barbecue sauce; cook on medium-low heat 4 min., stirring frequently. Add bacon and beans; mix well. Cook 8 to 10 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  • Spoon meat mixture down centers of tortillas. Fold in opposite sides of each tortilla, then roll up burrito-style.

1 pound ground beef
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 can (15 ounces) chili with beans
1-1/4 cups chunky salsa
1/4 cup canned chopped green chilies
8 flour tortillas (8 inches), warmed
8 slices process American cheese
Taco sauce and shredded lettuce, optional

Steps:

  • In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the chili, salsa and green chilies. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes. , Spoon about 1/2 cupful beef mixture off center on each tortilla. Top each with a slice of cheese; roll up.
