Steps:
- Combine cream, water, butter, salt, pepper, garlic clove, and pasta in a pan.
- Bring to a boil and stir.
- Reduced heat to a low simmer and cover.
- Let pan simmer, covered, 15-20 minutes, or until pasta is tender.
- Remove pan from heat, remove garlic clove and stir in cheese.
- Serve immediately.

ONE POT FETTUCCINE ALFREDO RECIPE
Steps:
- In a large pot on medium high heat, add olive oil and garlic. Sautè for 1 minute or until garlic is fragrant. Add broth, salt and pepper.
- Add pasta and bring to a boil. Make sure the pasta is completely submerged in the broth. Stir. Cover and reduce heat to medium-low.
- Cook for 12-14 minutes. Be sure to stir a couple times to make sure the pasta does not stick (this is key!)
- Once the pasta has cooked (do not drain), add the heavy cream, parmesan cheese and stir. Garnish with extra parmesan cheese and freshly ground black pepper.

- Place all ingredients except the cheese, in a large pot or pan, and bring to a boil over medium high heat.
- Stir, and reduce heat to low-simmer and cover for 15 minutes.
- Remove pot from heat, and stir in cheese. Serve.
- Note: You may wish to add some additional grated cheese, mushrooms, other veggies or chicken to this dish.

- In a sauté pan over medium heat, add two tablespoons of butter. Once hot, add shrimp and cook for 1-2 minutes each side, or until opaque. Transfer to a plate or bowl and cover to keep warm.
- Add remaining butter and minced garlic to pan. Cook for 30 seconds, making sure not to burn (garlic will cook quickly).
- Add chicken broth, milk, and fettuccine noodles. Stir noodles to separate. Once liquid comes to a boil, cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer for about 11 minutes (or until al dente according to your pasta's package directions). Stir once halfway through to separate noodles.
- Remove lid. Most of liquid should be absorbed. Add heavy cream, parmesan cheese, pepper, and nutmeg. Stir until cheese is melted. Add shrimp and stir to combone. Remove pan from heat allow to set for 5 minutes to allow for sauce to thicken.

- Bring a medium pot of salted water to a boil and cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- When your pasta is nearly finished cooking, in a small pot, melt butter. Stir in half and half/milk/cream, garlic powder, optional dried parsley, salt, pepper, and cayenne. Heat until steaming, just before it's ready to simmer. Turn heat to low and stir in parmesan.
- Continue to stir over low heat until parmesan is completely melted into the sauce. Taste and add more salt and pepper if needed.
- Pour sauce over drained fettuccine noodles and toss. Allow the pasta to sit for 5 minutes to cool and sauce to thicken slightly.
