I will NEVER eat those store popcorn. They are sooo bad for you. You can eat this and it will be soo good for you. You can add Parmesan Cheese when done cooking.. makes it taste so good... us olive oil makes it super healthy...if you have to watch your low salt.. Use low salt.. Steps:
- 1. one Brown paper bag and pop corn as seen in picture. I buy the cheapest bag and put it in left over clean jars i have.. works great.
- 2. Mix unpopped popcorn with oil in a bowl.as see in picture.you can sprinkle salt in to.. it depends how wat to do it.
- 3. Then put greasy poppcorn in brown bag. Fold the top of the bag over twice to seal in the ingredients as you see in picture.
- 4. Put in microwave as seen in picture.. Must stay standing up... Do NOT lay down....
- 5. Cook in the microwave at full power for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes, or until you hear pauses of about 2 seconds between pops. Carefully open the bag to avoid steam, and pour into a serving bowl. I have a popcorn button.. I use that..
- 6. another hint... sometimes i have had some left over kernals left over.. Just put them in a bag and they will pop... done it and been there...

Turn off the heat and drizzle the popcorn with the remaining olive oil while stirring. Season with salt and then give one final stir. Transfer to a serving bowl.
