EASY NO-BAKE NUTELLA CHOCOLATE MOUSSE PIE

- 1. Make the whipped cream by whipping the cream until stiff peaks are just about to form. Then beat in vanilla and powdered sugar until peaks form. Set aside (in the freezer if you can).
- 2. Smear a small layer of the Nutella on the bottom of your pie crust. You can use any store bought pie crust, I particularly like the shortbread one.
- 3. Beat together the remaining Nutella and the cream cheese. Incorporate the whipped cream mix until just mixed.
- 4. Pour mixture into your pie crust. Let chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours before serving. You can also make more whipped cream if you want to add it on top for serving!

t would be impossible to over exaggerate how delicious this pie no bake Nutella Pie is. It's simply magical, both in taste, and the fact that it takes only 5 minutes of active preparation time. My friends thought that this pie tastes similar to chocolate silk pie - but its so much easier to make.

- Pour the whipping cream into the bowl of an electric mixer. Add the granulated sugar and vanilla. Beat on a higher speed until the cream is at the same stiffness you would want for whipped cream.
- Add the cream cheese, Nutella, and powdered sugar and mix until well incorporated.
- Pour the pie filling into the pie crusts, and place the pies in the fridge to chill for 4 hours, or put them in the freezer for an hour.
- Just before serving, make some whipped cream. Place the whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla in a bowl of an electric mixer. Beat on a medium speed until medium peaks form. Spread on top of the pie, and slice and serve.

- Beat cream cheese, sugar and cocoa in a large mixing bowl.
- Beat in the milk and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in whipped topping.
- Pour evenly into crust.
- Cover and freeze for 20 minutes.
- Top with additional whipped topping and sprinkle cocoa on top if desired.
- Store leftovers in refrigerator.
