Our easy chocolate fudge is a snap to make. Just melt chocolate with condensed milk and a little butter, then chill and serve.

EASY CHOCOLATE FONDUE
Steps:
- Gather the ingredients.
- If you have a fondue pot, prepare it according to the manufacturer's instructions and set it on the stand.
- In a large saucepan over medium-low heat, warm the cream until hot, but not simmering.
- Add the chocolate and stir just until melted and smooth.
- Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla.
- Pour the chocolate fondue into the fondue pot and set it up over the heat.
- Serve with your choice of the selected dippers.

- Grease an 8x8 inch square baking pan. Set aside.
- Combine sugar, cocoa and milk in a medium saucepan. Stir to blend, then bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer. Do not stir again.
- Place candy thermometer in pan and cook until temperature reaches 238 degrees F(114 degrees C). If you are not using a thermometer, then cook until a drop of this mixture in a cup of cold water forms a soft ball. Feel the ball with your fingers to make sure it is the right consistency. It should flatten when pressed between your fingers.
- Remove from heat. Add butter or margarine and vanilla extract. Beat with a wooden spoon until the fudge loses its sheen. Do not under beat.
- Pour into prepared pan and let cool. Cut into about 60 squares.

- Butter an 8-inch square baking pan; line with 2 crisscrossed pieces of parchment paper, leaving an overhang. Butter paper.
- In a large saucepan, combine butter, marshmallows, sugar, cream, and salt; cook over medium, stirring occasionally, until marshmallows are melted, 8 to 10 minutes. Off heat, stir in vanilla, chocolate chips, and 1/2 cup walnuts until chocolate is melted.
- Pour fudge into prepared pan, and smooth top; sprinkle with remaining walnuts. Let cool 30 minutes. Refrigerate until set, about 1 hour.
