⅔ cup (155ml) ranch dressing
3 cups (340g) shredded mozzarella cheese
1½ cups (200g) chopped cooked chicken
4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425°F.
  • Roll out dough to about a 13-15 inch circle. Place on pizza pan.
  • Top dough with ranch and spread to an even layer. Sprinkle with cheese. Top with chicken and bacon. Bake for 15 minutes or until crust is golden.

½ cup ranch salad dressing (such as Hidden Valley® Original Ranch®)
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
½ cup Buffalo wing sauce (such as Frank's®)
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
3 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
3 green onions, chopped
⅓ cup crumbled blue cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  • Place cauliflower pizza crust onto a baking sheet or baking steel. Spread ranch dressing evenly over the crust.
  • Combine shredded chicken and Buffalo sauce in a small bowl; mix to combine, and place on top of dressing. Top with shredded Cheddar cheese, bacon, and green onions. Add blue cheese.

1 large pizza crust*
1/3 cup ranch dressing
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
5 slices cooked bacon (crumbled)
2 tablespoons chopped green onion
2 1/2 cups cooked chicken** (chopped/shredded)

Steps:

  • Prep the pizza stone/pan: Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Once heated, place the pizza stone or pan in the oven.
  • Prep the crust: If the crust is still in dough form, roll out the dough. Place the pizza crust on a large piece of parchment paper.
  • Add the toppings: Spread a thin layer of ranch dressing on the pizza crust. Top the pizza with the mozzarella cheese, bacon, green onion, and chicken.
  • Bake: Remove the pizza pan or stone from the oven. Slide the pizza onto the pan and bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the crust is crispy on the outside and cooked through (if using pizza dough). Finish with a drizzle of extra ranch dressing and a sprinkle of chopped green onion.

all-purpose flour or semolina flour, for rolling out the dough
1 pound fresh pizza dough (see Recipe Notes)
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella, or pizza cheese of choice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 Taylor Farms Cheddar Ranch with Grilled Chicken Chopped Salad Kit
for serving: buffalo sauce, ground black pepper, freshly snipped chives

Steps:

  • to 425 degrees F. Place a pizza stone on the center rack to heat up as the oven preheats. Once the oven comes to temperature, let the stone sit in the oven for a good 15 minutes so it gets super smoking hot - this is important to get that perfectly crusty texture out of the pizza. If you do not have a pizza stone, you can also use a large baking sheet. Prep a pizza peel with a generous sprinkling of semolina flour or flour and set aside.
  • Place the dough on a lightly floured surface. Use your hands to form the dough into a 12" round. Transfer the dough to the prepared pizza peel. Top with the mozzarella, and the chicken, bacon, and cheddar from the Chopped Salad Kit. Brush the olive oil around the outer crust of the pizza. Don't skip this step! It adds some flavor & helps ensure the crust stays nice and golden through baking.
  • Carefully transfer the pizza to the preheated pizza stone in the oven and bake for 15-17 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbling and the crust is golden. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly, then drizzle some buffalo sauce over top.
  • In a medium bowl, toss together the salad greens and ranch dressing from the Chopped Salad Kit. Arrange the salad over the pizza, finishing with a good sprinkling of ground black pepper, freshly snipped chives, and some drizzles of buffalo sauce & ranch dressing as desired. Enjoy!

1/2 cup of ranch dressing (I use Bolt House)
1 cup of shredded rotisserie chicken
1/2 cup of buffalo wing sauce such as Franks
1 cup of reduced fat Monterey Jack cheese
3 strips of bacon, cut into small strips
3 green onions, diced
Optional Ingredients: tomatoes, diced

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425.
  • Place the rolled out pizza dough onto a cookie sheet or pizza pan.
  • Spread the ranch dressing around the pizza but leave enough room for the crust.
  • In a bowl combine the shredded chicken and buffalo wing sauce. Mix until the sauce has coated the chicken.
  • Layer the cheese on top of the ranch and then the buffalo chicken.
  • Top with the rest of the pizza with some bacon.
  • Bake the pizza for 10-12 minutes or until the crust starts turning golden brown.
  • Garnish the pizza with diced green onions or tomatoes.
  • Slice the pizza into 8 equal slices. Serving size: 1 slice.

1 pizza dough
1 chicken breast
1 garlic clove
2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1 chopped shallot
1/4 cup chopped black olives
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheddar blend cheese
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, for dough

Steps:

  • Prepare Pizza dough and spread in pizza pan. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Place in a 375 degree oven for 5 minutes to precook the dough. While the dough is precooking chop the chicken into bite sized bits and stir fry with garlic until cooked through. Chop the bacon into bits, chop the scallions into bits, chop the olives into bits.
  • mix the Ranch dressing with the BBQ sauce until combined.
  • After 5 minutes take the dough out of the oven. Spoon the Ranch/BBQ sauce over the dough. Top with the chicken, bacon, scallions and black olives. Top with cheese mixture. Sprinkle a little more Parmesan cheese.
  • Put back into the oven for 10 additional minutes. When the cheese is melted and bubbly take it out. Let the pizza sit for a minute or two on the counter then slice and enjoy.

1 (8 ounce) can pizza dough
2 cups cooked chicken breast halves (chopped)
8 slices cooked bacon (cut up)
1/4 cup red onion (chopped)
1 1/2 cups pre-shredded mozzarella cheese
1/3-1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/4 cup butter
1 1/2 ounces cream cheese
1/2 pint heavy whipping cream
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
salt and black pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425.
  • Roll out pizza dough onto your pizza pan or cookie sheet. Prepare sauce.
  • In saucepan over low heat, melt butter. Mix in the cream cheese and stir until melted. Stir in the cream and garlic powder. Increase the heat and bring to a boil. Decrease the heat and simmer, stirring often. If sauce seems too thin, sprinkle in some flour 1 teaspoon at a time. Cook and stir for desired consistency. Stir in the parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper. You should have a nice creamy alfredo sauce for the pizza.
  • Spread your ranch dressing on your dough first, next spread your alfredo sauce on the dough.
  • Sprinkle half of your mozzarella cheese on the pizza. Add your shredded chicken, bacon and chopped onion. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake at 425 on the bottom rack of oven for 20 minutes or until crust appears done on the bottom.
  • Assuming that everyone eats two pieces each, this makes 4 servings. Otherwise it makes 8.
