Easy Baller Summer Salad Food
EASY BALLER SUMMER SALAD
This salad is sweet, zingy and refreshing and absolutely perfect served at a summer bbq party. You will need a melon baller to create equal sized ball shapes of the fruit and veg - this is so much more fun to do than the usual chopping! The melon baller is also quite easy to use, even if you've never used it before (like me!).

Steps:
- Do not peel the fruit and vegetables.
- Using a melon baller scoop out sphere shaped pieces of the fruit and vegetables.
- Combine, drizzle with the dressing (oil, mint, lemon juice and zest), season and serve.
