DYNAMITE BEEF BITES
These are so good and so easy to make. Great for appetizers! Keeping the title of this recipe in mind (dynomite, as in hot) you may want to use fewer hot peppers. Be sure to wash your hands and don't rub your eyes while preparing this recipe. Times are approximate.

Steps:
- Slice steak in 1/4 inch-thick-strips, 4" long.
- Cut across the grain holding knife at an angle.
- Marinate strips in Salsa for one hour.
- Fill each jalapeno half with 1/2 teaspoons of the cream cheese.
- Wrap each jalapeno with a steak strip, covering the cream cheese as you wrap.
- Fasten steak ends with toothpicks.
- Grill or broil 4" from the heat for 4 minutes, turning after 2 minutes.
- Do not overccook.

RHODE ISLAND DYNAMITES
These are a classic Rhode Island treat. So delicious in a soft sub-roll with a little salt on top. This can also be cooked in a slow cooker.

- 1. Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium-high heat; cook the onion in the hot oil until tender, about 5 minutes. Add the ground beef, bell peppers, tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, and red pepper flakes to the saucepan; stir.
- 2. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer until the peppers are soft and the beef is tender, 4 to 6 hours.
DYNAMITE
A Rhode Island exclusive. Kind of like a Sloppy Joe but far superior. Spicy enough to earn it's name, it's best washed down with a good beer. For you non Rhodey people, torpedo rolls are just the long sandwich rolls.

Steps:
- Place the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the green pepper, red pepper, yellow onion and red onion to the skillet, and cook until meat is evenly browned and vegetables are tender. Drain excess grease from the pan.
- Transfer the mixture to a slow cooker, and stir in tomato paste, water and red pepper flakes. Cover, and cook at the Low setting for at least 4 hours. I usually let it go for 12. The longer it simmers, the spicier it gets! Spoon into torpedo rolls and serve.

Steps:
- 1. In large dutch oven, cook ground beef until browned,over medium-high heat. Salt and pepper meat to taste. Drain.
- 2. Add cooked beef to dutch oven and add all remaining ingredients (add water as needed). Cover and simmer for up to 4 hours.
- 3. Serve hot on your favorite sub roll with a side of potato chips, or macaroni or potato salad!

- Prepare the ground pork stuffing by heating 3 tablespoons oil in a pan. Saute garlic and onion until the latter softens. Add ground pork. Saute until medium brown. Season with salt and ground black pepper. Remove from the pan and put on a large bowl. Let it cool down. Beat 1 piece of egg and pour into the cooked ground pork. Mix well. Set aside.
- Slice one side of the peppers lengthwise all the way to the bottom. Remove the seeds by gently scraping using a small spoon or a butter knife. Set aside.
- Slice the cheddar cheese into long pieces. Stuff individual slices of cheese into each pepper. Sccop the cooked meat mixture and stuff into the chili peppers. Make sure that there is enough meat.

- In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, salt, pepper, garlic, and green onion. Mix well then set aside.
