Steps:
- Line a 9" by 9" pan with foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
- Place chocolate chips in microwave safe bowl. Pour sweetened condensed milk over the chocolate chips.
- Microwave on high for 60 seconds. Stir well.
- Microwave on high for 60 more seconds. Stir well again.
- If the chocolate chips are not completely melted, continue to microwave at 30 second intervals until chocolate is completely melted.
- Add chopped walnuts (if using) and stir completely.
- Pour fudge into prepared pan.
- Refrigerated for an hour or until completely hardened.
- Lift foil out of pan and cut into cubes.

- Line an 8" x 8" pan with parchment paper (or foil) and spray with cooking spray.
- In a medium sized mixing bowl, add the butterscotch chips, sweetened condensed milk, and pinch of salt. Give it a stir and microwave on high for about 50 seconds. Stir and microwave again for 15 seconds. Stir and it should be completely melted. Add vanilla and stir once more.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan. Refrigerate for 2 hours, or until firm.
- Once the fudge is firm, remove from the pan with the parchment and peel parchment from bottom of fudge.
- Cut into pieces and enjoy!

Steps:
- Melt chocolate chips and margarine with sweetened condensed milk over low heat. Remove pan from heat and fold in mini marshmallows and vanilla.
- When mixture is well incorporated spread evenly into wax paper lined 8 or 9 inch square pan.
- Chill 2 hours or until firm.
- When firm turn fudge onto cutting board and remove wax paper. Cut into squares and store leftovers in covered container in refrigerator.

Steps:
- Line 9-by-5-inch loaf pan with strips of waxed or parchment paper; coat evenly with cooking spray. Set aside.
- Combine sugar, salt, butter, cream, and marshmallows in a heavy-bottomed medium saucepan. Set over medium heat; cook, stirring, until butter and marshmallows are almost melted, 5 to 6 minutes.
- Bring mixture to a boil; cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes. An adult should remove the pan from the heat.
- Add chocolate chips and vanilla to saucepan. Stir until chips are melted and combined. If you like, mix in 1/2 cup peppermints or nuts.
- An adult should pour hot fudge into the loaf pan. Top with remaining mints or nuts.
- Cool fudge in the pan, at room temperature, 3 hours. Grip paper, lift out fudge, and place on cutting board. Discard paper. An adult should cut fudge into squares. Pack in a box lined with waxed paper to avoid sticking.
