1 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
3 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 cup evaporated milk
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
sweetened whipped cream, for garnish

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425°F
  • Combine apple butter, pumpkin, sugar, salt and spices in a bowl.
  • Stir in eggs.
  • Gradually add milk and mix well.
  • Pour into pie shell.
  • Bake for about 40 minutes or until set.
  • Garnish with whipped cream and maybe some pecans.

1 cup apple butter
1 cup pumpkin (fresh or canned)
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
3 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup evaporated milk (or half-n-half)
1 unbaked pie shell (9-inch)

Steps:

  • Combine apple butter, pumpkin, sugar, salt & spices in bowl.
  • Mix well.
  • Stir in beaten eggs.
  • Add milk slowly and mix well.
  • Pour into unbaked pie shell.
  • Bake in 425º oven 40 minutes or until set.

1 cup MUSSELMAN'S® Apple Butter
1 cup solid pumpkin
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup evaporated milk
1 9-inch frozen pie shell, thawed
3 Tablespoons butter
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup pecans, chopped

Steps:

  • Step 1 Preheat oven to 375°F. Step 2 Combine in a large bowl the apple butter, pumpkin, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, salt, eggs, and milk. Pour into the pie shell. Step 3 Bake for 50-60 minutes or until knife inserted 2 inches from the center comes out clean. Step 4 Topping: Combine in a small bowl the butter, flour, brown sugar and pecans. Top the pie and bake for an additional 15 minutes.

1 cup apple butter
¼ cup dark brown sugar
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 cup evaporated milk
1 (9 inch) unbaked deep dish pie crust
3 tablespoons butter
½ cup all-purpose flour
⅓ cup dark brown sugar
½ cup chopped pecans

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • In a large bowl, combine pumpkin, apple butter, 1/4 cup brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Stir in eggs and evaporated milk. Pour into prepared pie shell.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a knife inserted 2 inches from the center comes out clean. Sprinkle streusel topping over the pie, and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  • To make the streusel topping: In a small bowl, combine butter, flour, and 1/3 cup brown sugar. Stir until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in pecans.

1 cup sugar
1 (1/4 ounce) envelope unflavored gelatin
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
3/4 cup milk
1 cup canned pumpkin or 1 cup cooked pumpkin
3 egg whites
9 inches graham cracker crust
1/2 cup whipped cream
1/2 cup flaked coconut, toasted, for garnish

Steps:

  • In a large saucepan, combine 2/3 cup sugar, the gelatin, cinnamon, salt and nutmeg.
  • Combine egg yolks with milk and add to gelatin mixture.
  • Heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens slightly.
  • Stir in pumpkin. Chill, stirring often, until mixture mounds slightly.
  • In a large bowl, beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Gradually add remaining sugar into egg whites.
  • Fold in chilled pumpkin mixture into egg whites. Pile into prepared graham cracker crust. Chill until firm.
  • To serve, add whipped cream in center of pie, and sprinkle with toasted coconut.

1 pie crust (homemade or pre-made)
1 1/4 cups canned pumpkin
6 tablespoons apple butter
6 tablespoons brown sugar
3/4 cup whipping cream
2 eggs
1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 cup gingersnap cookie (crushed)
4 tablespoons butter
4 tablespoons flour

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Combine all topping ingredients in a bowl. Stir until mixture resembles course crumbs.
  • In a separate large bowl, combine all pie filling ingredients. Pour into prepared pie crust.( Pre-made or home made).
  • Bake pie crust and filling in preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until a knife inserted 2 inches from the center comes out clean.
  • Sprinkle streusel topping over pie and bake an additional 15 minutes.

2 Dream Whip topping mix, envelopes
3 cups skim milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 fat-free sugar-free instant white chocolate pudding mix, packages
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice

Steps:

  • Combine 2 envelopes of whipped topping, 1 cup of milk, and the vanilla in a large bowl.
  • Beat with an electric mixer on high speed until topping thickens and peaks form.
  • In another bowl, combine the remaining milk, 2 pkgs. pudding mix, pumpkin, and pumpkin pie spice. (Add pumpkin pie spice to taste).
  • Gently stir the pumpkin mixture into the whipped topping until well-combined and smooth.
  • Spoon into the crust.
  • Refrigerate 4 hours.
