Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Bring to a boil the soup, water, and tomatoes.
- Cook onion with ground beef.
- Place layer of slightly crushed Doritos in the bottom of a casserole.
- Add a layer of ground beef, a layer of soup mixture and a layer of Doritos.
- Continue until all ingredients are used.
- Top with cheese.
- Bake in 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy.
- You can also add canned beans and cooked rice to this casserole!
- If you can't get Rotel tomatoes, use a can of crushed, peeled tomatoes and add 1 tsp of seeded and minced jalapeno to them (or mild green chiles).

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Cook and stir ground beef in a large pot over medium-high heat until the beef is crumbly and completely browned, 7 to 10 minutes. Drain and discard excess grease.
- Stir cream of chicken soup, enchilada sauce, and milk with the ground beef; bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes.
- Spread crushed tortilla snack chips into a 9x13-inch baking dish. Pour ground beef mixture over crushed chips; stir. Arrange cheese slices atop the mixture.
- Bake in preheated oven until the cheese melts, about 5 minutes; stir the melted cheese into the beef mixture.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a 12-inch skillet or larger, cook the ground beef until done, drain. Add ⅓ cup water and the taco seasoning, stir and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes then turn off the heat.
- Stir in the black beans, corn, tomatoes and green chiles, cream of chicken soup and the sour cream.
- Spread ½ of the Doritos evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan, top with half of the meat mixture. Top with half of the cheese. Add the remaining meat mixture, evenly spread the remaining Doritos. Top with the remaining cup of cheese.
- Spray a piece of foil with a non-stick cooking spray and cover the casserole.
- Bake for 30 covered. Remove the foil and bake for another 5-10 minutes, or until chips begin to brown around the edges.

- Preheat the oven to 350°F Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
- Brown the hamburger until no longer pink, drain excess grease then sprinkle with salt & pepper. Remove from the heat & stir in the rest of the ingredients except the Doritos.
- Layer half the Doritos along the bottom of the pan. Gently spoon the beef mixture over. Break up the remaining Doritos then scatter over the beef.
- Note: You don't want them to be crumbs but in bite size pieces.
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Serve hot.
