Web I'm pretty sure the fall damage in 5e still comes from increments on 10 ft fallen and doesn't start until you've fallen at least 10 ft. I know it was in 3.5. So if you can jump 5 feet up and deliberately jump down, I'm proposing that you'd take no damage from a 14 ft drop.
