During the winter, I keep plenty of this mix on hand. That way, I can whip up steaming mugs of hot cocoa as soon as the kids come in from playing outside.

Ingredients

2 cups nonfat dry milk powder
1/2 cup low-fat powdered nondairy creamer
1/2 cup baking cocoa
10 packets Equal or 1 tablespoon Equal Measure
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Steps:

Combine all of the ingredients. Store in an airtight container. For each serving, add 3/4 cup boiling water to 1/3 cup cocoa mix; stir to dissolve.

When serving, scoop 3-4 table spoons of mixture into a mug and add boiling water.

In a blender or food processor, combine SPLENDA® Granulated Sweetener, powdered creamer, milk powder and cocoa powder. Mix well, and store in an airtight container.
To serve, put 2 to 3 tablespoons of powder in a mug, fill with hot water, and stir.

Try It Before You Give It! No one wants to give or recieve something they can't stomach. If it's something you like to begin with.. Might as well give it a try!
Mix in the Mix 1. Mix 1 tbs dry mix per cup of milk or water. 2. Stir until hot chocolate mix is completely dissolved and well combined. I did it in the pot because I'm making 2 cups!
Seal and Deliver! 1. Put it in your jar and close it uptight. 2. Label it with a pretty label.. or a hand written one with the directions. 3. Put tape over the labels.
