¼ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup sour cream
½ teaspoon beau monde seasoning
½ teaspoon dill
assorted veggy, for dipping

Steps:

Cut assorted veggies into bite size pieces.
Mix mayonnaise and sour cream together. Then, add in beau monde seasoning and dill.
Serve.

1 package light cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup light sour cream
1 package taco seasoning (I use old el paso)
1 -1 1/2 cup chopped lettuce
2 chopped roma tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped black olives
3 chopped green onions
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or 1 cup cheddar and 1 cup monteray jack)
taco chips

Steps:

Mix the cream cheese, sour cream and taco seasoning together until well mixed and creamy.
Place on a dish- spread out evenly.
Top with lettuce, tomatoes, olives, onions and finish with the cheese.
Chill and serve with taco chips!

I started making a posted recipe for taco dip and realized it was different than I expected, so I adapted it to make this recipe. Party guests raved about the flavor and asked that I post this.

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef
3 tablespoons taco seasoning
1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
8 ounces cream cheese
8 ounces sour cream
16 ounces salsa
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese
jalapeno (optional)
black olives (optional)
chopped tomato (optional)
scallion (optional)

Steps:

Cook ground beef until brown and crumbled; drain and return to the pan.
Add taco seasoning, salsa, and chili powder and stir well.
Still in cream cheese and cheddar cheese until melted.
Add sour cream, stir well.
Serve warm topped with none, one or all of the optional toppings.
Great with tortilla chips, or even as a burrito filling!
