We created our own 'Golden' Turmeric Coconutmilk Creamer and added it to hot coffee for an extra beneficial boost.

2 cups So Delicious® Dairy Free Original Coconutmilk Creamer
2 teaspoons coconut oil
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
1 dash ground black pepper
Agave nectar or maple syrup, to taste
1 cup freshly brewed hot coffee
1 tablespoon Golden Coconutmilk Cream, or to taste (above)

Steps:

  • Combine the Coconutmilk Creamer, coconut oil, turmeric, and black pepper in a saucepan and gently heat through.
  • Sweeten to taste with agave or maple syrup.
  • To make the latte, add the Golden Coconutmilk Creamer to hot coffee, or espresso Americano to taste.
  • Foam the coffee mixture with a steam or hand wand.

1 cup Toasted Coconut Dairy Free Ice Cream (*)
3/4 cup almond coconut milk (*)
3/4 teaspoon ground turmeric spice
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon coconut cream

Steps:

  • Soften Halo Top by removing from the freezer 10 minutes prior to use.To a blender, add 1/2 cup Halo Top Toasted Coconut Dairy Free Ice Cream, almond coconut milk and spices. Pour into your favorite mug and top with coconut cream and a dash of cinnamon.

1 quart whole milk
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons ground ginger
2 teaspoons ground turmeric
1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Instant espresso powder, as desired

Steps:

  • Add the milk to a medium saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer, stirring frequently, being careful it does not scorch on the bottom. Then, add the sugar, cinnamon, ginger, turmeric, cardamom, allspice, nutmeg and black pepper. Whisk to combine. When the spices are dissolved and the milk is steaming, remove from the heat and serve. At this point you can mix in the instant espresso powder according to the package instructions if desired.
