SLOW COOKER CHICKEN AND RICE
Tender, juicy chicken, fluffy white rice, and a thick, creamy gravy come together in this simple Slow Cooker Chicken and Rice recipe.

Steps:
- Place condensed soups, chicken broth, onion, celery, garlic, oregano, thyme and paprika in a slow cooker; whisk to combine. Season chicken with salt and pepper and nestle into the slow cooker. Cover and cook until chicken is tender, about 2 hours on HIGH or 4 hours on LOW.
- Transfer chicken to a plate and use two forks to shred the meat, discarding the bones. Stir rice into slow cooker, season with a touch of salt and pepper to taste (if necessary), and add the chicken back on top of the rice, along with any accumulated juices from the plate. Cover and cook on HIGH until rice is tender, about 20-25 minutes.
- Use a fork to fluff the rice and combine with the chicken. Transfer to individual serving plates and garnish with fresh parsley.

CROCKPOT SLOPPY CHICKEN AND RICE
I had everything ready and started to cook sloppy joes and I went to the refrigerator to get out what I thought was hamburg but it was chicken. The foil hid the contents and I did not realize that I had chicken in the freezer. So that is how this recipe came about. It actually turned out delicious. I hope you try it and enjoy it.

Steps:
- Brown the onion and green pepper in a skillet.
- Over low heat stir in the Coca Cola, flour, and catsup combining well.
- Stir in the remaining ingredients in the order listed except for the chicken and rice, mix well.
- Cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Place the chicken and the sauce in the crockpot and cook for 4-5 hours till the chicken falls apart.
- When the chicken starts to fall apart shred it and add it back into the sauce.
- Add 1 cup of rice and cook for about 20 minutes more then turn the crock pot off and sprinkle mozzerella cheese over the top and put the lid back on and let it set for about 15 minutes...ENJOY this quick and easy meal.
- You can also bake this in oven and cook for 45 minutes covered and then throw in your rice for 15 minutes uncovered.

- Place chicken in the bottom of a slow cooker. Scatter onion over the top. Spoon soup over that. Cover and cook on Low for 7 to 8 hours or on High for 3 to 4 hours.
- When chicken is almost finished cooking, combine water, rice mix, and butter in a 2-quart saucepan until well blended. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low, cover, and let simmer until rice is tender, about 25 minutes.
- Stir cooked rice, corn, and Cheddar cheese into the slow cooker a few minutes before serving. Serve hot.

- Place the chicken, garlic, salt, pepper, onion, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup and brown rice in the crock pot. Stir to thoroughly combine all the ingredients.
