EASY CROCKPOT CHICKEN WITH GRAVY
Very simple crockpot recipe for skinless tenderloins or breasts. My son stammer about for the entire day about how we should have cooked it in the oven, but once it hit the table, not another word! He had seconds in fact and couldn't wait for lunch the next day! It's easy, something a little different and did I say it's easy? It is!

Steps:
- PLEASE DO NOT ADD SALT! THE BETTER THAN BOULLION CHICKEN BASE HAS ENOUGH SALT IN IT.
- 2. WASH YOUR CHICKEN VERY GOOD AND THEN ADD TO YOUR CROCKPOT (I HAVE A LARGE OVAL SHAPED CROCK SO I USUALLY COOK TWO PACKAGES OF TENDERLOINS AT ONCE).
- LET THE CHICKEN COOK UNTIL IT IS TENDER, I ACTUALLY BREAK MY CHICKEN UP IN THE CROCKPOT AS WE SPOON THIS OVER RICE, POTATOES OR BREAD.
- TAKE A JAR WITH A LID ADD 3 T. FLOUR AND APPROXIMATELY 1 CUP OF HOT WATER, SHAKE VIGOROUSLY UNTIL FLOUR IS COMPLETELY MIXED. IF YOU DON'T HAVE A JAR WITH A LID YOU CAN MIX BY HAND IN A CUP, BUT MAKE SURE YOUR MIXTURE IS NOT LUMPY.
- Add about half of your flour and water mixture to the liquid in your crockpot and stir. If it is not thick enough, keep adding small bits of flour and water mixture until you have desired thickness. IF IT IS TOO THICK, THIN IT DOWN BY ADDING SMALL INCREMENTS OF PLAIN WATER AND STIRRING UNTIL YOU REACH DESIRED THICKNESS. If it is too THIN, your flour mixture was over diluted you will need to make your flour water mixture again with a little more flour and little less water. Add it in small increments until you have reached desired thickness.
- Leftovers can very easily be turned into homemade pot pies! Yum! Enjoy!

PAMMY'S CROCK POT CHICKEN BREAST AND GRAVY
My hubby (says 5 stars) and grand kids (very fussy) really like this. This is one thing all 3 of the grand kids will actually eat. The grand kids normally don't like gravy much but all of them like this gravy. I serve with mashed potatoes, a veggie and homemade rolls. Hope you enjoy it! Note added - you can use no sodium bouillon. NOTE ADDED - I have also noticed sometimes when I make this it seems more salty then other times. DEFINATELY try to use low sodium or skip the boullion. Nov. 2007...My daughter used a package of Ranch dressing instead of Italian and a jar of gravy instead of a package. She said they all loved it. We don't care for ranch but thought maybe others would be interested.

Steps:
- Spray crock pot with Pam Cooking Spray.
- Add the 2 tablespoons of olive oil to crock pot.
- Put chicken breast in crock pot.
- Sprinkle Italian Dressing mix, onion powder, garlic powder over the chicken breast.
- Cook on low for 4 hours.
- (At the 4 hour mark, IF NEEDED, you may add a little water to make more gravy in the end, don't add too much water if you do.).
- Sprinkle the 1/2 teaspoon bouillon in the liquid in crock pot.
- Pour the cream of chicken soup over the breast.
- Turn crock pot to high and cook 1 more hour.
- Remove chicken, scraping the soup off the breast and back into the crock pot.
- Add gravy mix to to 1/4 cup cold water and mix well, add to crock pot and mix well.

Steps:
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and place chicken breasts in crock pot. Pour Chicken broth over breasts.
- Put one slice of Swiss cheese on each breast. Combine both cans of soup and milk.
- Cover chicken breasts with soup mixture. Sprinkle stuffing mix over all.
- Drizzle melted butter on top.
- Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3.

CROCK POT CHICKEN WITH VEGETABLE GRAVY
I just bought a new slow cooker and I wanted to try it out. So, I threw in some things I had around and this is what happened. I serve it over rice which soaks up the juices well. I am not a fan of overly spicy foods. So, for me these are comfort food flavors.

Steps:
- Put the carrots and onions on the bottom of the crock pot.
- Place the chicken on top of the carrots and then put the mushrooms on the chicken.
- In a bowl, mix the mushroom soup and the soup mix with 1/2 cup of the water. Stir until everything is well mixed.
- Pour the soup mixture over top of the chicken.
- Pour the other 1/2 cup of water into the crock pot.
- Cook on low for 5 to 6 hours. Serve over rice.
