This dip is an absolute hit everytime I make it! My husband and all of our friends devour it and it's always the first to go! It has a nickname of "white trash dip". I make it in a round 4 quart crock pot, but the recipe can be halved or doubled for smaller or larger crock pots.

Ingredients

4 (8 ounce) packages Philadelphia Cream Cheese
2 (16 ounce) packages jimmy dean original breakfast sausage
1 (10 ounce) can original Rotel tomatoes & chilies
1 (10 ounce) can hot Rotel tomatoes & chilies
tortilla chips

Steps:

Brown both packages of sausage in a skillet over medium heat.
Drain the sausage in a colander.
Cube the cream cheese into a crock pot.
Add the sausage to the cream cheese in the crock pot.
Add both cans of rotel (with the juice) to the crock pot.
Heat the mixture in the crock pot on high heat for approximately 1 hour, stirring occasionally until the dip is well mixed.
Reduce heat to warm/low and serve with tortilla chips.

32oz cheese melt or Velveeta
24oz Can Salsa
16oz Sausage

Steps:

Place Cheese melt in crockpot. Depending on size of crockpot, you may need to slice up the cheese melt.
Grill the sausage and then place in the crockpot with the cheese.
Pour in the jar of salsa.
Cover and cook on high for 2-3hrs or until cheese is fully melted.
Stir.
Serve with tortilla chips & enjoy

Ingredients

1 pound ground regular breakfast sausage (If you want a spicy dip, use spicy sausage)
1 pound ground beef
16 ounces Velveeta cheese
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
2 (10 ounce) cans Mild Ro*Tel tomatoes (If you want a spicy dip, use Original or Hot)
1 package taco seasoning (or 2 Tablespoons homemade)

Steps:

In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground sausage and ground beef until no longer pink.
Drain off excess fat and transfer mixture to crock pot.
Cut Velveeta and cream cheese into chunks and place into crock pot on top of meat.
Pour in diced tomatoes (with juices) and taco seasoning.
Turn crock pot to low and cook for 1 hour.
Stir well to incorporate all cheeses and seasonings.
Cook for 30 more mintures or until cheese is melted and hot.
Serve with your favorite tortilla or corn chips.

1 lb hot sausage
2 lbs Velveeta cheese (can use reduced fat as well)
10 ounces rotel (hot, mild, doesn't matter!)
10 1/2 ounces cream of mushroom soup

Steps:

Brown sausage and drain.
Cube Velveeta.
Add all ingredients to slow cooker.
Cook on low for 1-2 hours, stirring occasionally until melted and blended well.
If you have a "keep warm" setting on your slow cooker, then set to this temp until ready to serve.
Serve with tortilla chips.
