I haven't tried this recipe yet, but it sounds interesting. I found it online and thought I would put it here for safe keeping.

Ingredients

1/2 cup hoisin sauce
3 tablespoons soy sauce
3/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup dry sherry
1 garlic clove (crushed )
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1/3 cup green onion (sliced )
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 lbs turkey breast, uncooked (cut in strips )
12 ounces angel hair pasta
toasted sesame seeds (optional)

Steps:

Combine all ingredients except pasta and sesame seeds in crock pot. Cover; cook on low for 5 hours or until turkey strips are cooked.
Cook pasta as directed; drain will.
Serve turkey and sauce over pasta and top with sesame seeds.

1 onion, diced
6 small red potatoes, quartered
2 cups carrots, sliced
2 lbs boneless skinless turkey thighs
1/4 cup flour
2 tablespoons dry onion soup mix
10 3/4 ounces cream of mushroom soup
2/3 cup chicken broth or 2/3 cup water

Steps:

Place vegetables in bottom of slow cooker.
Place turkey thighs over vegetables.
Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over turkey.
Cover. Cook on high 30 minutes. Reduce heat to low and cook 7 hours.

In a large skillet, heat 1 TBS olive oil. Add ground turkey and onion and cook until turkey is browned on all sides (about 10 minutes).
Add diced bell peppers (or any color of your choosing) and edamame to the crockpot and stir until everything is evenly distributed.
