2 tablespoons Mayo
1.5 teaspoons Curry Powder
1/2 cup Chicken Stock
16 oz Bag Frozen Broccoli Florets (thawed)

Steps:

  • Place your chicken and broccoli in the bottom of a 4-6 quart slow cooker.
  • In a medium bowl mix together soup, mayo, curry powder(*SEE NOTE) and stock.
  • Pour mixture over the top of your chicken,
  • Cook on low for 6-8 hours. (If using tenders or if your slow cooker cooks hot, your dish could be done in as little as 4-5 hours).

2 tablespoons onion (finely chopped)
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/3 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 ribs celery (sliced)
1/2 teaspoon curry powder (or to taste)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 (10-ounce) package frozen broccoli cuts (about 1 1/2 to 2 cups)
1 pound pasta (cooked; or rice)

Steps:

  • Butter the inside of a slow cooker.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the diced chicken with the onion, soup, mayonnaise, flour, celery, curry powder, and lemon juice. Stir to blend ingredients thoroughly.
  • Spoon the mixture into the lightly buttered slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 3 hours or on high 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
  • Add the broccoli and continue cooking on low for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours or on high for about 1 hour.
  • When the chicken and broccoli mixture is nearly done, cook the pasta in boiling salted water following package directions.
  • Serve the chicken divan over hot buttered noodles, rice, or pasta.

1 1/2 cups cooked ham, diced
1 1/2 cups cooked chicken, diced
1 teaspoon salt-free Italian herb seasoning
1 teaspoon chicken soup base, sodium free or 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon granule
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
12 ounces fat free chicken gravy (I use Heinz)
10 1/2 ounces low-sodium cream of mushroom soup, low sodium (or fat free)
2 cups broccoli florets, fresh or 2 cups broccoli florets, frozen
8 ounces fat free cream cheese

Steps:

  • Place in crock pot: ham, chicken, seasoning, pepper, gravy. Stir to mix. Cook on high 3 hours.
  • At end of 3rd hour, add broccoli and soup. Do not stir. Cook another 45 minutes.
  • After the 45 minutes is done, stir in broccoli and soup. Add the cream cheese and replace cover for about 10 minutes until softened. Stir all until cheese is fully incorporated, being careful not to smash the broccoli too much.
  • Serve over whole wheat pasta or rice.
  • Could also be cooked on low for a longer period of time.

1 pound fresh broccoli, cooked and chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1 ½ tablespoons curry powder
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
½ teaspoon garlic salt
salt and pepper to taste
2 ½ cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (6 ounce) can French-fried onions

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Spread chicken in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Top with broccoli. In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, curry powder, cayenne pepper, garlic salt, salt and pepper and mix well. Add 1 cup of Cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup and cream of mushroom soup and mix again, then pour mixture over chicken and broccoli. 1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon butter, divided
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1-1/2 cups half-and-half cream
1/2 cup cooking sherry or water
2 cans (10-3/4 ounces each) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
2 packages (10 ounces each) frozen cut or chopped broccoli, thawed
1 cup cooked rice
3 to 4 cups cubed cooked chicken
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup soft bread crumbs
Minced fresh parsley, optional

Steps:

  • In a small saucepan, melt 1/4 cup butter. Add flour, stirring until blended. Stir in the cream and cooking sherry or water; cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir 2 more minutes. Blend in soup until smooth; remove from the heat and set aside. , Place broccoli in an ungreased 13x9-in. baking dish. Cover with rice and then half of the sauce. Top with chicken. Stir shredded cheese into remaining sauce; pour over the chicken. , Melt the remaining butter and toss with bread crumbs. Sprinkle over the casserole. Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, plus 2 tablespoons melted
1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut crosswise into 1/2-inch-thick strips
1 small onion, finely chopped (1 cup)
8 ounces cremini mushrooms, sliced (about 2 1/2 cups)
3 tablespoons unbleached all-purpose flour
3 cups whole milk, room temperature
9 ounces shredded medium-sharp cheddar (3 cups)
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
Cooked egg noodles or steamed white rice, for serving

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a large straight-sided skillet, simmer 1/2 cup water over medium-high heat, then add broccoli and a pinch of salt.
