CROCK POT CHEESEBURGER MACARONI
The slow cooker does all the work in this tasty Crock Pot Cheeseburger Macaroni Recipe. Skip the store bought hamburger helper and enjoy this easy meal.

Steps:
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until it is brown. (Or use your Ninja)
- Add to a 6 quart slow cooker.
- Add in onion, seasonings, Worcestershire sauce and broth. Stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4.
- 15 minutes before serving stir in the pasta. It will look very watery but don't worry the pasta will soak it up. Cover and cook for 15 minutes until the desired tenderness is reached.
- Stir in the cheese until melted.
- Serve immediately.

- Add everything to a 5 or 6 quart crock pot, including the reserved cup of pasta water. Stir to incorporate. Cook on low for 6 to 7 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours. Stir again to incorporate melted cheese evenly. Serve with favorite cheeseburger toppings (optional) and tossed salad. NOTE: Sauce will thicken as it cooks. If it is still too "watery" when you are ready to serve, turn crock pot to high and remove lid for liquid to evaporate. This will take about 30 to 45 minutes before thickening.

- In a large pot over a medium-high heat, add ground beef, onions, garlic, salt, pepper, worcestershire sauce, and ketchup. Break up the beef to incorporate the seasonings and cook until browned, about 6-7 minutes.
- Pour in the beef broth and one cup of water and bring to a simmer.
- Add the pasta and simmer for 20 minutes or until the pasta is cooked throughout and the broth has cooked down, stirring occasionally.

CHEATING CHEESEBURGER MACARONI
This is one of those happy accidents that happened when I had to make up dinner from what I had in the cabinet. It serves a whole family and the kids love it. I used a mixture of what was left in the bottom of the pasta boxes for the pasta. Any short pasta will work. Try adding broccoli, peas or carrots as a variation.

- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add penne, and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, or until tender. Drain.

- In a large pot, prepare pasta very al dente, cooking for about half of the time indicated on the package. Drain well and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine turkey, ketchup, and onion. Mix well. Add frozen cauliflower and cheese sauce and gently mix. Transfer mixture to a slow cooker.
- Add cooked pasta to the slow cooker and gently stir. Cover and cook on high for 3 to 4 hours or on low for 7 to 8 hours, until the turkey is fully cooked.

I make these for DH and friends for Football Sunday's. They love them. They are very easy to make and everybody can help themselves and add their own condiments. Serve with chips and plenty of cold beer! They are sure to disappear! I leave the green peppers out since I hate them! This is a great recipe to take to a potluck and can easily be doubled.

- Spray frying pan with cooking spray. Add onions and cook for a couple minutes until softened.
- Add hamburger and garlic salt to taste. Brown hamburger.
- Drain grease.
