- In a large saucepan, combine the first 8 ingredients; if desired, stir in liquid smoke. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes, stirring occasionally., Place ham in a 5- or 6-qt. slow cooker. Add sauce; stir gently to combine. Cook, covered, on low 2-3 hours or until heated through. Serve on rolls. Top with pepperoncini if desired.

CROCK POT BARBECUE HAM

- In a crock pot, combine chili sauce, barbecue sauce, brown sugar and dry mustard.
- Add ham the the sauce and stir gently to coat.
- Heat on low until bubbly (about 1/2 hours) then reduce the crock pot setting to "warm" until ready to serve. Serve on hamburger buns.Serves 8.

- 1. Add all the ingredients to the Crockpot and cook on high for approximately 1 hour to thicken the sauce.
- 2. Reduce Heat to low and keep warm as long as needed for serving.
