Ingredients

8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
½ cup sour cream
½ cup mayonnaise
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

Steps:

Combine cream cheese, sour cream and mayonnaise in a bowl with a hand mixer until fluffy.
Add remaining ingredients and combine until smooth.
For best flavor, refrigerate 1 hour if time allows.

Ingredients

2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 medium onion, finely chopped
Kosher salt
8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons cornstarch
4 ounces sharp white cheddar, coarsely grated (about 1 cup), divided
2 ounces Monterey Jack, coarsely grated (about 1/2 cup), divided
Freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons finely chopped chives
2 tablespoons finely chopped peperoncini
Crackers and/or tortilla chips (for serving)

Steps:

Preheat oven to 375°. Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium. Cook onion, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and softened, 8-10 minutes; season with salt. Let cool.
Pulse cream cheese and mayonnaise in a food processor until smooth.
Toss cornstarch, 3/4 cup cheddar, and 1/4 cup Monterey Jack in a medium bowl to coat cheese. Mix in cream cheese mixture and cooked onion; season with salt and pepper. Scrape into a 1-qt. baking dish and top with remaining cheddar and Monterey Jack. Bake dip until golden and bubbling, 20-25 minutes. Let dip cool 5 minutes, then top with chives and peperoncini. Serve with crackers.

This dip comes from Hillshire Farms. Its a delicious recipe dip to serve with little smokies of any variety or to serve in a bread bowl or just as a dip for chips or crackers even. Great for special occassions such as the holidays or for parties or just to serve at home for game day or that special event.

1/4 cup swiss cheese, shredded
1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 (1 1/2 ounce) package dried Lipton Onion Soup Mix
2 teaspoons chopped parsley
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
2 cups small curd cottage cheese

Steps:

Mix sour cream and mayonnaise together in a large bowl.
Add cottage cheese,lipton dried onion soup mix,and chopped parsley. Stir well.
Add in swiss cheese and cheddar cheese and mix well.
Chill 1 hour or overnight and serve with little smokies, chips, bread cubes,or crackers.

This recipe came from the back of a box of Chicken-in-a-Biskit crackers. It's so easy and a big hit at parties. I had lost the recipe and found it on a box just recently so I am posting it here so that I won't lose it again!

Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup milk
8 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Chicken In A Biscuit crackers

Steps:

In a bowl, with electric mixer at medium speed, beat cream cheese until smooth; gradually blend in milk.
Add remaining cheeses, beating until well blended.
Spoon into your favorite serving dish or take-along container.
Refrigerate for approximately 2 hours before serving.
Serve as a dip with Chicken in a Biskit crackers or crackers of your choice.
**Optional:I add a large can of cooked, shredded chicken.
This could be a great base for a lot of dips/spreads.
Adding Tabasco sauce and onions would be great, would love to hear suggestions!

1 (10 ounce) can rotel
1 teaspoon cumin

Steps:

Melt cheeses together in microwave.
Add Rotel and spices.
Continue to microwave until hot.
Serve with tortilla chips.
