This 5 Ingredient Slow Cooker Chicken Legs recipe is flavor-packed and easy to prepare with a few simple ingredients. These chicken legs, made with soy sauce, require almost no effort - dinner is done in 10 minutes!

3 to 3.5 pound chicken legs or drumsticks
1 cup jam or jelly, see notes
1/2 cup ketchup
1/3 cup soy sauce
2 teaspoons minced garlic (or 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder)

Steps:

  • Place the chicken legs in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  • In a small bowl add the jam or jelly, ketchup, soy sauce, and garlic. Mix to combine well.
  • Pour the sauce over the chicken legs.
  • Place the lid on the slow cooker and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 5-6 or until the chicken is cooked through.
  • Enjoy the chicken hot.

2 - 2 1/2 pounds chicken legs
2 1/2 teaspoons Kosher salt
1 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
2 tablespoons oil ((avocado, canola, or olive oil))

Steps:

  • Pat each drumstick dry with a paper towel and transfer to a 4-6 quart crock pot.
  • Combine all of the dry seasoning in a small bowl and stir to combine. Drizzle the chicken with oil and rub to adhere to each leg. Then, sprinkle the seasoning evenly over the chicken and rub all over to adhere.
  • Cover and turn on the low setting. Cook for 3 1/2 to 4 hours. Serve and enjoy!

1 envelope italian dressing mix
8 chicken legs
2 Tbsp butter
1 medium onion chopped
4 clove garlic minced
10 3/4 oz can cream of chicken soup
8 oz cream cheese softened and cubed
1/4 c chicken stock
buttered cooked egg noodles
parsley for garnish

Steps:

  • 1. Place the chicken legs in slow cooker. Sprinkle the Italian seasoning over the chicken. Add the butter, onion and garlic. cook on low 5 hours.
  • 2. Mix the soup, cream cheese and chicken stock together. Pour over the chicken and continue to cook 1 more hour
  • 3. Serve over hot buttered noodles and garnish with parsley

  • Remove the Chicken thighs and carefully remove the bones and grizzle. Add the chicken back to the pot.
  • Add the creme fraiche and the mushrooms and stir well. Allow to cook for another hour.
  • Server with pasta / rice and nice hot rolls.
