Creamy Amaretto Dip Food

AMARETTO DIP

Steps:

• In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, half-and-half, instant pudding mix, Kahlua, amaretto and vanilla extract with an electric mixer until smooth.
• Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
• Serve with fresh fruit for dipping.

EASY AMARETTO FRUIT DIP

Steps:

• In a medium bowl, pour in pudding mix- add milk and stir (just to dissolve the mix).
• Fold in Cool Whip until blended.
• Add the Amaretto and stir all together.
• Keep cool until serving- use any fresh fruit for dipping- Strawberries, grapes, and apples work great!

CREAMY AVOCADO DIP

Steps:

• Process or blend the avocado, sour cream, Parmesan, lime juice, 1 tablespoon water, cayenne and 1/2 teaspoon salt in a food processor or blender until smooth and creamy. Serve right away.

AMARETTO CHOCOLATE DIP

Steps:

• Bring the heavy cream, butter, brown sugar, corn syrup and salt to a simmer in a small saucepan over medium heat, whisking occasionally, until the butter melts and the sugar dissolves, about 3 minutes. Whisk in the chocolate and cocoa powder until smooth. Remove from the heat and whisk in the liqueur and vanilla.
• Transfer the sauce to a small bowl. Serve warm or at room temperature with cookies for dipping.

STRAWBERRY AMARETTO CREAM DIP

Steps:

• Mix cream cheese and cool whip with handmixer until smooth. Stir in strawberry jam and amaretto. Refrigerate until time to serve. Serve with sliced or whole strawberries and vanilla wafers.
• (Can also serve with sliced apples, angel food cake bites, etc.)
• Can be made 1 or 2 days in advance.
• Original recipe called for 2 T. strawberry jam and 2 ounces of Amaretto.

Steps:

• In a small bowl beat together softened cream cheese and Amaretto. Form into ball and stud with almonds porcupine fashion. Chill. This is delicious served for afternoon tea or as a dessert with sliced apples and pears, and grapes.

AMARETTO APPLE DIP

Steps:

• Combine cream cheese, brown sugar, powdered sugar, amaretto, vanilla extract, and milk in a food processor. Process until creamy.

AMARETTO ICE CREAM

Steps:

• Mix heavy cream, half-and-half, and sugar in a large bowl until sugar is dissolved. Add amaretto liqueur and vanilla extract.
• Pour milk mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions until ice cream reaches 'soft-serve' consistency. Transfer ice cream to a lidded container. Freeze for about 2 hours before serving.

EASY BROWN SUGAR FRUIT DIP

Steps:

• Mix together all three ingredients until smooth.
• Serve with strawberries, apples and bananas or the fruit of your choosing.

CREAMY DIP FOR FRUIT

Steps:

• Beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer on the lowest speed until smooth. Gradually add the sour cream, beating continually. Mix in the brown sugar, vanilla, and milk. Cover and chill at least 1 hour before serving.

AMARETTO FRUIT DIP

Steps:

• Mix cool whip with dry pudding mix and amaretto.
• Refrigerate 2 hours or more. Serve with cut up fruit.
