These crumble bars are a yummy way to use up leftover cranberry sauce.

2 cups all-purpose flour
¾ cup white sugar
½ teaspoon salt
¾ cup butter, chilled and cut into small pieces
1 egg, beaten
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
½ cup white sugar
1 egg
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups cranberry sauce

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Butter a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  • Combine flour, sugar, and salt in a large bowl. Cut in butter using a pastry cutter or fork until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in 1 egg until mixture is evenly combined but still crumbly. Firmly press 1/2 of the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form an even crust.
  • Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a bowl until creamy. Spread mixture evenly over the crust. Drop spoonfuls of cranberry sauce on top until evenly distributed. Crumble the remaining crust mixture on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until top is lightly browned and cream cheese is set, 45 to 60 minutes. Let cool before cutting into bars, at least 30 minutes.

1/2 cup Land O Lakes® Butter softened
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup uncooked quick-cooking oats
1 teaspoon freshly grated orange zest
1 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup sweetened dried cranberries, chopped
Filling
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup Land O Lakes® Heavy Whipping Cream
1 teaspoon vanilla

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 8-inch square baking pan with no-stick cooking spray; set aside.
  • Combine butter and brown sugar in bowl; beat at medium speed until creamy. Add flour, oats and orange zest; beat at low speed until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in chocolate chips and cranberries. Reserve 1 cup crumb mixture.
  • Firmly press remaining crumb mixture into bottom of prepared pan. Bake 10 minutes.
  • Combine cream cheese and sugar in bowl. Beat at medium speed until smooth. Add whipping cream and vanilla, beat until smooth.
  • Pour cream cheese mixture evenly over hot, partially baked crust. Sprinkle reserved crumb mixture gently over filling. Continue baking 27-30 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Cool completely; cut into bars. Store refrigerated.

1 1/2 cups oats
3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar, plus 1 tablespoon, divided
1 cup butter, softened
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 large eggs
1 (27 oz.) jar None Such® Ready to Use Mincemeat
2 tbsps. cornstarch
1 (16 oz.) can whole berry cranberry sauce

Steps:

  • HEAT oven to 350 degrees F. Spray 15 x 10-inch jellyroll pan with no-stick cooking spray.
  • BEAT flour, oats, 3/4 cup brown sugar and butter in large bowl until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Reserve 1 1/2 cups crumb mixture; press remaining mixture into bottom of prepared pan.
  • BAKE 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
  • BEAT cream cheese in medium bowl until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth; beat in eggs. Spread over partially baked crust: top with mincemeat.
  • COMBINE remaining 1 tablespoon brown sugar and cornstarch in small bowl; stir in cranberry sauce. Spoon over mincemeat. Top with reserved crumb mixture.
  • BAKE 40 minutes or until golden. Cool. Chill. Cut into squares.

1 cup quick-cooking oats
3/4 cup packed brown sugar

1 can (14 ounces) fat-free sweetened condensed milk
4 egg whites
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 can (14 ounces) whole-berry cranberry sauce
2 tablespoons cornstarch

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine 2 cups flour, oats, brown sugar and butter; mix until crumbly. Press 2-1/2 cups of the crumb mixture into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes., In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Beat in the milk, egg whites, vanilla and remaining flour. Spoon over prepared crust. In a small bowl, combine the cranberry sauce and cornstarch. Spoon over cream cheese mixture. , Sprinkle with the remaining crumb mixture. 2 cups all-purpose flour
1 ½ cups rolled oats
¾ cup brown sugar
1 cup butter, softened
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
¼ cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 (16 ounce) can whole berry cranberry sauce

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • In a medium bowl, stir together the flour, oats and 3/4 cup of brown sugar. Cut in the butter until the mixture is crumbly. Reserve 1 1/2 cups of this mixture and press the remaining mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan.
  • Bake for 15 minutes in the preheated oven. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, beat cream cheese with sweetened condensed milk until light and fluffy. Stir in the lemon juice and spread the mixture evenly over the prepared crust. Empty the can of cranberry sauce into a small bowl and stir in the cornstarch and brown sugar. Spoon over the cream cheese layer. Sprinkle the top with the reserved crust mixture.
  • Bake for 35 to 40 minutes in the preheated oven, until top is golden. Let cool completely before cutting into bars. Store covered in the refrigerator.

These bars are incredible. They are so rich with a shortbread like taste and the yummy cream cheese frosting on top. Even if you are not a big cranberry fan you will like these! A co-worker brought these to work and I kept sneaking more througout the day. I love them chilled. They are good anytime of year, but I especially love to make them in the fall and at Christmas.

1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup Butter Flavor Crisco

3 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
