Cranberry Kir Champagne Cocktail Food

CRANBERRY COCKTAILS

Steps:

• Cran-Rosemary Sparkler
• For each drink, muddle 4 cranberries, 1 sprig rosemary and 3/4 ounce maple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Add 2 ounces gin and 3/4 ounce each cranberry juice and sweet vermouth. Add ice and shake vigorously, then strain into a chilled coupe glass. Top with champagne; garnish with rosemary.
• Cranberry Kir Royale
• For each drink, combine 1 ounce cranberry juice and 1/2 ounce creme de cassis in a flute. Add a cranberry and top with champagne.
• NYC Cosmopolitan
• For each drink, combine 1 1/4 ounces each vodka and simple syrup, 3/4 ounce fresh lime juice and 1/4 ounce each citrus vodka, orange liqueur and cranberry juice in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake vigorously, then strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with an orange twist.

CRANBERRY KIR ROYALE

Steps:

• Add cranberries, orange juice, zest and sugar to a large pan and set over medium heat until berries break-down slightly and liquid is syrupy, 12 to 15 minutes. *Pour into a blender and process, be careful of the hot liquid expanding when you blend - use a towel over the top of the blender.
• Strain and discard any solids then set aside and cool.
• Pour 2 tablespoons of cranberry-orange syrup into the bottoms of 4 chilled champagne glasses. Add a few cranberries to each glass and gently top off each glass with Champagne.
• *When blending hot liquids: Remove liquid from the heat and allow to cool for at least 5 minutes. Transfer liquid to a blender or food processor and fill it no more than halfway. If using a blender, release one corner of the lid. This prevents the vacuum effect that creates heat explosions. Place a towel over the top of the machine, pulse a few times then process on high speed until smooth.

KIR COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Gather the ingredients.
• In a wine glass , pour the crème de cassis.
• Slowly add the dry white wine.
• Serve and enjoy.

CRANBERRY KIR ROYALE

Steps:

• Pour 1 part creme de cassis and 1 part cranberry juice into each of the two champagne flutes.
• Fill the flutes with dry sparkling wine or champagne.
• Garnish with fresh cranberries.
• Serve immediately!

KIR ROYALE COCKTAIL WITH CHAMPAGNE AND CHAMBORD

Steps:

• Fill a champagne glass 3/4 of the way full with chilled champagne. About 4 ounces, depending on the size of the glass.
• Pour in 1 shot of Chambord
• Garnish with raspberries. Serve & enjoy.

CRANBERRY CHAMPAGNE COCKTAIL RECIPE

Steps:

• In a champagne flute add the cranberry juice cocktail and a squeeze of lime.
• Fill the remainder of the glass with your favorite champagne or non-alcoholic sparkling wine and garnish with a few frozen or fresh cranberries, rosemary and/or mint. Enjoy!

KIR IMPERIAL - RASPBERRY CHAMPAGNE COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Pour the raspberry syrup into the bottom of a champagne flute or coupe glass.
• Top up the glass with champagne. Add a little more raspberry liqueur if you like, to taste.

RASPBERRY KIR ROYALE

Steps:

• If you'd like a sugar rim, dip the rim of your champagne flue in a shallow bowl of water, then into a bowl of sanding sugar.
• Place a few fresh raspberries in the glass.
• Measure 1 ounce of Chambord and pour into glass, then top with champagne.
• Serve and enjoy

CRANBERRY KIR

Steps:

• Place 2 tablespoons cranberry juice and 1 tablespoon crème de cassis in each of 12 champagne flutes. Pour 1/4 cup champagne into each and serve.

CRANBERRY CHAMPAGNE COCKTAILS

Steps:

• Pour 4 fluid ounces of champagne into each champagne flute (this will divide the bottle evenly into 6 flutes).
• Add a splash of cranberry juice.
• Garnish with a few cranberries.

CRANBERRY CHAMPAGNE COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Spoon pureed cranberry sauce into a champagne flute. Top with sparkling wine by tilting glass and slowly pouring wine down side of flute (mixture will foam as the wine reacts to the sugar in the cranberry sauce). Serve immediately.

CRANBERRY KIR CHAMPAGNE COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Combine 1st 3 ingredients in a glass, top with champagne & serve.

CRANBERRY KIR

Steps:

• Place 2 tablespoons cranberry juice and 1 tablespoon crème de cassis in each of 12 champagne flutes. Pour 1/4 cup champagne into each and serve.

CHAMPAGNE COSMOPOLITAN COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Combine vodka, triple sec, cranberry juice, lime juice, and ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake until very cold. Taste and if the mixture seems to tart, add a dash of simple syrup or agave.
• Pour into a chilled martini glass then top with champagne or sparkling wine.
