Easy Coriander Sauce for Everything image

This easy homemade coriander sauce adds a spicy fresh kick to any of your meals! Coriander gives this sauce an intense flavor and deep green color, and fresh green chilies add up the heat.

Number Of Ingredients 7

2 Bunch Coriander ( It is around 2 cups of coarsely chopped coriander leaves with stalks.)
7-8 Cloves Garlic
1 Small Onion
4 Whole Green Chilies
1/4 Cup White Vinegar
1/3 cup Water
1/2 Tbs Salt

Steps:

  • Wash the Coriander well and discard any stalks which are thick and tough. Then coarsely chop.
  • Peel Garlic and Onions and cut into small pieces.
  • Combine all the ingredients into a blender and blend into a smooth paste.
  • Serve your savory snack spice up your meals. It will simply go with everything.
  • Store in an airtight glass jar.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
1 tbsp chopped garlic (lehsun)
1 tbsp chopped green chillies
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp powdered sugar
2 tsp white vinegar

Steps:

  • MethodCombine all the ingredients along with 2 tbsp water in a bowl and mix well.Adjust the sweetness as required.Serve immediately or store refrigerated.

GREEN BEANS WITH CORIANDER AND GARLIC



Green Beans with Coriander and Garlic image

Number Of Ingredients 8

2 pounds tender young green beans, washed and tipped
3 quarts boiling water, with 1 1/2 teaspoons salt added
2 large garlic cloves, peeled and minced
2/3 cup coarsely chopped fresh coriander leaves (cilantro)
5 to 6 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 to 4 tablespoons cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Steps:

  • Cook the beans in the boiling salted water in a large covered saucepan over moderate heat 10 to 12 minutes until tender. Meanwhile, place the garlic and coriander in a large heatproof bowl. As soon as the beans are done, drain well, return to moderate heat, and shake the pan 30 to 40 seconds to take out all the excess moisture. Place the hot beans on top of the garlic and coriander and let stand 10 minutes. Add 5 tablespoons of the olive oil and toss well to mix; cover and marinate in the refrigerator 3 to 4 hours, or better if overnight.
  • About 45 minutes before serving, bring the beans from the refrigerator and let stand still covered, on the counter. Just before serving, add the lemon juice, 3 tablespoons of the vinegar, and the pepper. Toss well, and add more vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper, if needed. Serve as an accompaniment to pork, poultry, veal, or beef.

1/2 red bell pepper, finely chopped
1/2 red onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
4 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon sugar
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons unsalted peanuts, finely chopped
handful fresh cilantro, chopped
16 large shrimp, shelled
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
5 tablespoons vegetable oil
lettuce leaf
1/2 red bell pepper, cut in strips
fresh cilantro leaves
1 tomatoes, cut in slices
1/2 cucumber, cut in slices

Steps:

  • Sauce:
  • Thoroughly mix all ingredients for sauce in a bowl and let rest for 20-30 minutes.
  • Shrimp:.
  • Combine all ingredients except oil in a bowl. Toss and mix so that all the shrimp are thoroughly coated in the marinating ingredients. Let sit of 3-5 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan on high heat. Add shrimps and marinade and stir-fry on high heat. Shrimp should be cooked through and slightly browned - about 3 minutes.
  • To serve:.
  • Line a serving plate with lettuce leaves and trnsfer the shrimp onto the lettuce. Top with red pepper strips and cilantro. Garnish with tomato and cucumber slices. Offer Lemon Sauce in a small bowl alongside.

80 ml lime juice
50 g brown sugar
1 teaspoon fish sauce
80 ml sweet chili sauce

  • Bring to boil, simmer uncovered for about 10 minutes until it thickens.
