1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple, undrained
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 graham cracker crust (9 inches)
Optional: Chopped toasted macadamia nuts and additional crushed pineapple

Steps:

Combine milk, pineapple and lemon juice; fold in whipped topping. Pour into prepared crust. Refrigerate until serving. If desired, serve with toasted macadamia nuts and additional crushed pineapple.

My sister made this pie for this 4th of July and it was delicious... and sooo easy. She said it actually called for cream cheese, but thought that would be too "heavy" so she subsituted Cool Whip...

1 (5 1/8 ounce) box instant vanilla pudding
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip
1 9-inch graham cracker crust
toasted coconut (optional)
maraschino cherry (optional)

Steps:

In large bowl combine pineapple and juice with instant vanilla pudding, whisk together until mixed good.
Add Cool Whip and whisk together, pour into graham cracker pie shell and refrigerate.
You can garnish with toasted coconut and a cherry-- or just serve as is, either way it's a great summer dessert, light cool and refreshing.

8 oz Cream cheese softened
1/2 cup Sugar
20 oz Crushed Pineapple drained
8 oz Cool Whip thawed
1 Graham Cracker Crust

Steps:

To make the best no bake pineapple pie recipe, using softened cream cheese or cream cheese at room temperature is best.
To mix the ingredients well, using an electric mixer or stand mixer is going to work the best.
If you want to make a homemade graham cracker crust, it's simple and easy to do! Or, if you want to leave out the graham cracker pie crust, you can make it a crustless easy pineapple pie as well.
If you want to make your own graham cracker crust but don't have enough graham crackers to do so, you can also make a crust using crushed-up nilla wafers as well.
If all you have is a can of pineapple chunks, chop them up in the food processor and put them in the pie! There's really no wrong way to make this old school recipe.
Add some pineapple tidbits and maraschino cherries on top to really complete the look!
